The media could not be loaded. I have an almost 18 year old yorkie which is blind, selective hearing and now suffering with nerve pain in her hind legs. I have been managing the pain but she has been loosing control of her hind legs. I have been struggling with the decision that no pet owner wants to make but know in our hearts we need to. She has such a strong will to live! I wanted to try one last thing before I made this decision. I already made arrangements with my veterinarian to call them this morning if this wheelchair did not work. I’m happy to report that the vet office was so happy to hear from me this morning with amazing news. I order this wheelchair yesterday morning and received it this morning at 7am! Wow way to go amazon and it was free next day delivery !!! It was as cheep as a night out to dinner, what do I have to loose! plus I could return it if it didn’t work! I husband gave me the look like really 🤣😂 but put it together for me in no time. We put our girl in it and she was like so happy! Took off immediately!!! She even used the bathroom without any struggles. She is already so much happier. Now this device has to be used with supervision. She did tip once. I have not used the leg straps yet due to she still wants to use her legs. She has the old lady walk but remember she is two months shy of 18! She even cried when I took it off. I had to put it back on her twice before she realized she can not take her nap with the wheelchair on. 🤣😂🤣 I will have to say this is the best money I have spent on Amazon! Even if it only buys a few more months of happiness for my baby girl. If your second guessing yourself on this purchase don’t! I bought a size small and my girl is about 9 pounds now. Measure the distance from shoulder to hip bone and paw to shoulder/ hip.

I open the package pretty late due to waiting to use it until my dog really needed it and come to find out I am missing a piece and idk where to find replacement parts. Please help

Sadly this was not a good fit for my little dog. He kept falling over. The stars are only a rating on how well it fit my dog not on the product or the customer service.

Purchased this wheelchair for my older dog to help with hip and arthritis issues. As the dog slows down with age I think it's vital to have a device such as this to still give the dog the freedom to walk and run everyday. Easy to out together, the instructions are easy to follow. It seems to be comfortable for the dog even though at first he wasn't sure what to do. But once he saw that it was easier to walk he forgot about it and started to move and explore. Beautiful color, would recommend. Once my dog has no use for it I'll donate it to the rescue sanctuary I support.

This product did not work for my dog. In all fairness it may work well but my little Cavalier King Charles almost 16 year old didn’t have the strength to support himself on his front legs. I worked with it quite a lot trying to adjust it to him but it just wouldn’t work. Sadly I have to return it. I was very disappointed because I tried several things to help him walk but none of them have worked. He’s had a good life but this is not a good quality like for him to be immobile.

Bought 8 different brands varying in prices from Amazon. They were either way too small, way too big or just didn't support my dog (a shih tzu) like I had hoped.My shih tzu is 15 years old. He's still full of spunk except he now has the 'sidewinder' walk. His hips just don't want to work for him. His dr says it's common in shih tzus as they age, arthritis gets into their hips. Otherwise, he's doing great.So, I ordered this, thinking 'well, if it doesn't fit I'll again have to send it back and try again'.Welp, I DONT have to send it back! Yay! It fits him perfectly.He's 24lbs, 17 inches from front paws to back paws. His backend is 8" wide.I got a MEDIUM size.It's perfect!Goes together so easily. Putting him in, was a breeze. And let me say, he isn't the easiest to put in because he squirms ha, but, this actually is so easy to put him in. :)I'm so glad this worked out for him.Not cheesy made and looks and feels sturdy. He went down the ramp with ease. :)Only downfall, the belly support (its one continuous piece) also covers his area. So, I had to take him out of it to go potty. A female would be able to without taking out of walker. I guess you could fashion an opening for a male dog, but I don't want to do any remodeling in case I goofed it up.But, if you're more crafty, you just might be able to. :)Around the chest/shoulders it's velcro, so it's easier to make it comfy without it being tight. And the side bars are NOT in his armpits (like a few I had sent back) the bars are definitely on the sides of his outer legs. Without rubbing. There's also a strap that clicks together at their shoulders with a metal loop for a leash to click onto. :)I'm happy, he's not thrilled haha BUT he also doesn't dislike it. It's new, so he's gotta learn how it can work for him. He isn't stressed using it and so that's another plus. :)

Before I ordered this, I contacted the seller to make sure it would accommodate my male dog when using the bathroom outside and was assured that it would. It arrived, I put it together only to find that it covers his belly so far up that if he used it while going outside, he would only soak himself and the cart. I contacted the seller again and was told that there "are many types of dogs" and basically too bad. That if I tried to modify the fabric, it would no longer be "stable". I liked that the frame was easy to assemble and light weight for a dog to pull but the part that holds his body is just completely unacceptable. I believe it would work for a female dog or perhaps a very small dog. My dog fit right in the middle of their "middle" size dog measurement and it did not fit. It also gaped on both sides but even adjusting the body length did nothing to remedy that problem. I just wish we could buy products that were made in America again.
