AT&T Prepaid... The phone works, but don't expect returned e-mails.
Works with AT&T Prepaid just fine. I changed my review, because AT&T claimed it wasn't working - but it now does. A glitch on their end (AT&T) didn't charge for service and left the phone not getting data. Phone works great and I'll probably order two more to replace other phones on the plan.

Quality for less
The phone imported the information from another Android seamlessly. It seems intuitive and easy to use. It is an international version and can be GSM or CDMA.

Didn’t even last a year
We’ve had this phone for less than a year and it won’t turn on. We tried to reach out to Samsung and we were told that because it was an internationally purchased phone they would not be able to fix it without a fee. Of course the fee is more than the phone is probably even worth. I don’t understand how I was supposed to know that information prior to buying it since I just bought it on Amazon here in the states. Extremely frustrating to go to bed one night and have it not working the next morning. Will not ever purchase an Samsung phone again.

Does not work with US mobile - verizon
The phone doesn’t work with the Verizon network in the US

Glitchy
I needed a new phone because my a13 stopped working. I got this assuming it would fix all my issues but right out of the box many things aren't working right. The keyboard glitches out, apps not working right and crashing. It's a new phone and the camera works which is nice, but i expected it to just work.

False advertising
This product is falsely advertised as being compatible with T-Mobile, At&T and Verizon. When you open the package you are greeted with a note from mp@deltmobiles.com that specifically states ".. we only recommend this device for use with T-Mobile or one of their MVNO's.." "We do not recommend this for for use with AT&T and their MVNO's..." "This phone is not compatible with any CMDA network (Verizon, Tracfone.." This is false advertising and consumers should be fully advised of this before purchase.

Items not correct
Bought a yellow and a blue phone, I got two yellow phones, they were for two different persons and they were both upset. No adapter in the boxes just wires.

Not actually fully unlocked.
Doesn't work with metro and then you have to pay to return it.
