Really great product for replacing cracked or yellowed acrylic panels in overhead 4' by 2' fluorescent or LED fixtures.If you've ever had to replace older panels in this kind of light fixture then you may have noticed the tendency of the old panels to bend and shatter easily leaving a mess on the floor, which, in my case, becomes a hazard to my pets and requires a very careful vacuuming expedition to fully rectify.My problem was made worse by the fact that builder of my tract had these light fixtures custom made at between 1/4" and 3/8" under the standard dimensions used in the manufacture of the standard 2x4 light panels. I've had to replace the panels once before and trying to trim 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch off two sides of a flexible acrylic panel can be fun.But these panels are a honeycomb structure of an easier to work with plastic that allowed for easy trimming on a table saw with no risk of cracking. I even did some final trim using a Dremel tool. Of course this likely wouldn't have been necessary at all if my builder hadn't made the fixtures undersize.Having to "trial and error" the fit caused by my undersize fixtures brought home another wonderful feature of this product - it's lightweight compared to acrylic panels and its honeycomb structure makes it stiff and easy to handle when putting in and taking out.If this panel has a flaw it's that it will possibly provide a funeral parlor for small bugs common to all overhead panels, but in this case they could wind up inside the rectangular tubs of the honeycomb structure. While mine are far too new to yet experience that problem, I can anticipate needing to run a long shoelace with a cotton ball at one end to clean out the honeycomb sections when some tenacious bug finds a way in. But since the panels are so easy to work with and can't shatter from simple handling I don't think it's going to be a real issue.Due to significant variations in pricing per panel and the experimental nature of converting from standard acrylic panels to this panel, I elected to buy a 5 pack so I could have spares in case the necessary trimming I had to do didn't work well. But they were so easy to work with, including trimming on a table saw in one pass, that I now have 3 spare panels.Given the fact that these are designed for exterior use in outdoor greenhouses, I may be passing on the 3 spare panels to future generations rather than replacing every 10 to 15 years due to yellowing and cracking common to acrylic panels.These panels are very clear and the semi-rectangular/ovoid nature of the structure seems to act to disperse but not attenuate the brightness of the lights they cover. I asked my wife what she thought and she said she quite liked the brighter appearance here in the kitchen. We're getting on in years and bright is definitely good where you have to do detailed work.We've though about getting some picturesque window decals to decorate the panels but so far are very happy with them as they are. They're not only easy to trim and install but do a good job dispersing the light. Highly recommended!!!

This is a review for the .32 mm polycarbonate panels. I purchased a wider panel as they are nice and solid. The delivery was fast and packaged well with foam in each 4 corners to protect the panels. Each panel was covered on both sides with plastic to ensure protection. I was able to cut the panels when needed with a sharp razor knife. Some of the reviews were complaining that the windows were not 2’x4’ as advertised but as explained, you need to leave room for expansion and contraction as you do for any type of material. I made a 2 x 4‘ opening which leaves me an eighth of an inch on each side for any movement. The true dimensions were 23” 3/4 x 47” 3/4 . When installing the windows in a greenhouse, make sure you purchase the one inch aluminum tape, I suggested 4 mil This is installed on the top of the window, on the bottom of the window. It’s recommended purchase vented tape to allow moisture to flow out of the window, but stop bugs and debris from entering. You can find this tape on Amazon. Try to keep the original packages closed until you’re ready to use the product and seal the ends correctly. Good luck on your project.

Not giving a full rating and perhaps fair one as I have not used them yet at this writing for a tiny greenhouse project waiting to be built. Just seen them in the package so far. Can say they are definitely light weight.

The product description repeatedly states these panels are 2' X 4'. However, if you convert the metric value for the length, it will give you the actual size, which is 47.63". This is a small difference, to be sure, but I framed the greenhouse I was building to accommodate 48" panels and had to do some fudging when installing the shorter panels. Other than that, these panels are excellent in every other respect. They're easy to work with and can be cut to size fairly easily with a utility knife.

I used these to act as a light weight support for flexible solar panels on my ebike. They work great!

Pros- excellent quality material: great clarity and light transmission. Very reasonable pricing.Cons: these are not 48” long x 24” wide sheets, but just approximately so. I purchased 3 boxes and whereas quality remains consistent, measurements don’t: sheets can be slightly undersized or shorter by as much as 1/4th of an inch. That said, I found no better alternative than these.
