I was looking for a special place to keep my mother's ashes after she passed away a couple weeks ago. I looked Amazon and couldn't find anything that really caught my eye until I saw the ad for a wood art turtle box. I opened it up and immediately was taken with the picture of the product on the Amazon page. It was exactly the right size and my mother loved turtles so that made it an especially good find for me. When I received my box, it was absolutely gorgeous. It is a wonderful tribute to my mom and a wonderful piece of art that I will treasure forever.

Wow, this box is just beyond gorgeous. Every little piece of turtle is from a different kind of wood. And there's a little insert telling you what all wood is used. My uncle passed away a few months ago and my aunt has a few of his keepsakes that I thought would be perfect for this box. He was a surfer in his younger years and always loved the beach. She was moved beyond tears at not only how beautiful the box is but by how much it reminds us of him.

I have built boxes, but the quality and craftsmanship of this box are far beyond my ability. My daughter was beyond delighted to receive this box for her birthday.
