This is th first time I bought a black soft collar brace. All my others were off white. They have washed and dried in the machines with no issues. (I close them so that the Velcro doesn’t stick to other items).I wasn’t so fortunate with the black collar. I washed it twice with like colored items. It bled the first time and discolored a tee shirt, the second time I washed it with even darker clothes and had no problems so thought it passed the stage of leaking the black coloring. Oops, I was wrong!DO NOT WASH WITH OTHER ITEMS. Other than cleaning it, I found it to be one of the best low cost collars that I’ve used.

I purchased this for my mom. It fit amazing. It was comfortable and she still wearing it and I ordered another.

It’s hard to review this thing. It is cushiony, not too hard. My neck did feel better when I put it on, but it was also too tight. You really can’t turn your head when you have it on and when I laid down with it, which is what I got it for, it was not comfortable. It felt like something was choking me.

I purchased the Soft Neck Brace Universal Cervical Collar hoping it would provide relief and support for my neck pain, but, unfortunately, it turned out to be quite the opposite.From the moment I put it on, I felt excessively hot and uncomfortable. The material does not breathe at all, making it feel suffocating, especially during warmer weather or when worn for extended periods. Instead of offering relief, it added to my discomfort.I tried to give it a fair chance, but I constantly found myself needing to remove it to cool down and catch my breath. It completely failed to serve its purpose as a support device because the heat and suffocation were just too overwhelming.While the fit and adjustability were good, the lack of breathable material makes this neck brace impractical for anyone seeking comfort and prolonged use. I would not recommend this product if you are looking for a neck brace that you can wear comfortably throughout the day.

It is uncomfortable and I tried sleeping in it but end up feeling more pain.It's small so you need to look for a big size.

I like everything about this product, the price is fair, comfortable and stays cool its also adjustable.

It fits very good. I have a spinal cord injury and I broke my neck and this fits so well and works great
