Unit is esthetically nice, however the resources, instructions, and just general knowledge available on their site when it comes to install and or prepping for install is abysmal. They claim to be made in America but the instructions look like they were written for a chinese knock off.Update: changed my review from 1 star because the product actually performs well. Heated 15,000 gallon pool 10 degrees in under a days. I also have an overflow spa (hot tub) and it did in fact get to 104, when switched the valves to spa. That said, the fact that their instructions don't even have a diagram with pipe nominal/actual diameter is sad, I even bought their bypass valvle and the pipe sizes are not listed, just said it's for this model. Every pool is different, give us a diagram. Since they refuse to providendecent support to their customers. The fittings the provide are essentially reducer fittings. 1.5 to 2. Basically, you need a 2 inch fitting to adapt to their fitting. Since they put the fittings on the left side 90% of people will need a 2 inch sweep/elbow fitting coming directly out of the unit. Not sure why they did that , most people put heaters on the other side.

So far this unit is amazing. Installation was super easy . Had a couple days here in Colorado in the low 70’s and this unit heated my pool from 54 to 72 pretty quickly. Still to early to tell how efficient it is but so far I am very impressed.

I had several issues with this unit and Amazon disappointed me with the largest dollar item I ever bought from them! Never again! The company had ME taking apart the unit to find out why it did t work. The app doesn’t work. You need up to an 30 amp breaker (not 15 like they say!). The product showed up damaged and the box wasn’t so it shipped that way from the FibroPool! I even video taped myself opening it to show how it arrived but despite all my evidence and their A-Z return policy I have a $3000 unit that does not work as stated and I had to pay a professional electrician $1500 to install. Looks like Amazon has stopped looking out for the customer and cares more on protecting the company. I’m done with Amazon after years of loyalty. Super sad. All I wanted was a discount for the items that do not work as stated, I was not asking for a full refund and was denied after my appeal.

Heating hs added weeks to our season, maybe month! Can’t wait to try cooling !
