So easy to install my kids did it without any help. Attractive. Sturdy, too. Has held up for several months.

This rail is just the right size for my needs. I have knee surgery coming in January and have been getting as much ready for that in advance as I can. This is placed at my back door and it's simple enough the door opening isn't over- crowded and it's very sturdy. Didn't realize how much I needed one until it was installed. Nice feel.

I was very impressed with this railing. It was well packed in bubble wrap, each piece individually wrapped. Screw packet was sealed to cardboard. Good instructions, all parts included, also a wrench and drill bit. It is very sturdy looking, and attractive. Sadly, it was too long for our short flight of 2 steps into our house from our garage without screwing into the concrete floor, which we didn’t want to do. We did measure before ordering, and thought it would work. About 3 inches too long….would definitely order again if we had a place for it.

This product came missing parts and is of extremely poor quality. Finish was chipped, scratched and dinged. Item is of very poor quality. If not for waiting to long to install, I would definitely send it back. I would not buy again.

Great handrail for the price. Note, that despite the ad stating all components a needed for installation are included, there is no drill bit included for installation in concrete. Furthermore, the instructions don't even specify the drill bit size needed for installing the included concrete anchors. The instructions are poorly written as they lack specific instructions on the direction that the components should be assembled. I would suggest before publishing a final manual, have at least five different people attempt to assemble the product to see what steps/issues should be corrected with the manual and include a link to an assembly video walking one through the assembly process. Although this product took much longer to assemble than anticipated due to the poor instructions and need to go purchase a concrete drill bit, I believe it's a good value overall.
