Love the responsiveness of the induction wok. I was originally concerned about the wok but it cleans up well and seems to be scratch resistant. It also responds very quickly to changes in temperature settings. Compared to my carbon steel flat bottom wok on a flat induction unit, the cooking area is much larger. Glad I bought it. Much more comfortable than cooking with gas.

The wok is garbage. Try it out, then get a carbon steel wok and season it, never look back. This works for a bunch of sizes of woks because it is more about the curve. But 14" to 16" works great for me. The induction is great. You can use it to season your wok. Then learn the power levels for whatever you're cooking. Lower for eggs, higher for stir fry. It works and is convenient for wok style cooking.

Works absolutely great. We're using in a commercial setting. It will boil a large three to four gallon pot of water in 4 minutes. Has made life much easier for us! Note that you can boil water with it on 5,000 Watts. But when it starts to boil you need to crank it back down to around 2,000 Watts or it will boil over. The build quality seems very good. Very happy with the purchase. Controls are easy to use and seems to be a good quality. We are using multiple times a day and had it for several months. No issues whatsoever so far.

I'm a lover of Asian food and I've always wanted a good wok to cook traditionally.I can say it's very well built and looks like it will last a long time. It's very easy to clean since it's nonstick. I feel like a pro cooking with it

It’s not your typical, traditional wok that you get from an Asian store where you need to prep and season to make use of its full potential. It has a “hexclad” design to provide you the non-stick effect without having to prep it out of the box. The wok is nice and thick, it’s heavy, and it’s seems durable. The handle has a wood finish, which is a nice touch to its aesthetic. You can use the product on a regular stove, which is what I have at home, and it still works wonders. It doesn’t take too long to heat up and usually cooks evenly around. (That’s only because I’m bad at centering the pot itself. I sometimes see it tilted..). The size is amazing. I can meal prep and entire week’s worth of food without the need to cook twice. I definitely recommend it!

This wok is nice and has a cool interior coatingIt's a good size and should be simple to use BUT it has a pointed bottom that requires a (difficult to find) wok ringThese used to be readily available but i'm finding it very hard to find a stable one currently.So while this IS a very nice wokUnless you have a proper base it's not useable easilySadlyI must admit that i did not see that it was convex when i ordered it as most woks now a days are notSo my badOther than needing a wok ring this is a nice piece of cooking equipment

I was excited to try this wok because of its large size, perfect for one-pot meals. However, I found it incredibly frustrating to use. It wouldn’t sit properly on my grill stove top, constantly tilting and leaving the grill. I had to hold it in place while cooking, which made the whole experience uncomfortable and inefficient.I’ve used other woks before and never had this issue, so I was surprised and disappointed. On the positive side, the pan does cook food evenly, but the tilting problem makes it impractical for me to use. Unless your stove is better suited for this wok, I wouldn’t recommend it.
