A great buy, boots up fast
This chromebook is a value all it's own. It boots up fast, with no issues. It works for everyday computing. The graphics are crisp and sharp, not hard on the eyes. The screen is 14 inches and is easy to read. The Chrome app is awesome, it works flawlessly and is easy to navigate. I was surprised that I was able to restore all of my bookmarks from a computer that died recently. That was a plus that I didn't expect, thought I would have to redo them from scratch. It is a lightweight laptop, easy to carry around. It doesn't have a cd-rom drive, but you really don't need it since it streams shows and videos. The battery lasts all day, it doesn't lose power in a matter of hours, like other computers batteries. I charged it, then unplugged it overnight, and it still had 18 hours of charge left this morning. This laptop is a choice that I am happy with, I recommend it to those who like Google Chrome OS.

NO STARS!!! Don’t believe the reviews!!!
I thought I’d give this computer a chance as I only need this computer to open a few businesses, check emails, print documents.From the day I got it.. 2 DAYS WENT BY and it shut down completely and has not turned on. It was plugged into the charger the entire time. I tried to reset it like the Customer Assistance page said and NOTHING. No lights, no functioning noise. Now I’m stuck between returning it with all my data in the computer, or keeping a lazily built product without my refund. Good thing I have my main device to work with.

Keys are difficult to see
This is my second chromebook. They are very easy to set up and use. I gave it 4 stars because of the keys. The keyboard is a light taupe color. The numbers and letters on the keys are grey. This makes them difficult to see. I will get used to it and keep this Chromebook but I would not buy it again for this reason.

Lovely computer.
Amazing product, 4GB of RAM is what you really need if you need something quick.Was sad I had to return it as I couldnt understand the setup process. But it was a lovely computer design. I recommend buying this computer if need it for school.
