This is 6 pieces.
It says 12 piece because it's counting each half of the cages. Nobody counts like that. It's 6 cages. Be clear.It works well, is sturdy, easy to set up.

Flimsy
Way more flimsy than the pictures imply. The deer will probably just bend the mesh and push it up against the tree. For about the same price you could get a big roll of heavier duty wire mesh and a bag of zip ties from your favorite home improvement store and protect a dozen trees. The included gloves are a pointless waste and went right in the trash. One would need to try really hard to cut themselves on the (not) "sharp" bits.

Cheap and flimsy
Very flimsy and came with the edges already bent over. This won’t protect anything. Easier to make them myself..Definitely not worth the money.
