The media could not be loaded. I own a previous boat from this same company. It was fun but I wished it had more speed. But this one is a huge step above that previous boat. It was very easy to setup. The boat automatically turns on when you put it in the water and it paired with the remote immediately when I turned the remote on. I began testing it in a local reservior. It seemed decent and handled well.After putting it through it's paces for a few minutes I remembered that it has SPEED SETTINGS and it defaults to the lowest speed. So I clicked the button on the controller to take it to the highest speed and the boat just took off. It is so fast! And it turns on a DIME. Especially to the right. The steering rudder is offset to the right and so when you turn to the right it turns in an instant. In fact, if you turn hard to the righ at full speed the bow actually goes under water for a split second and then the boat shoots forward in the opposite direction. It is SO COOL.The operating distance was great. I never got out of range and had it several hundred feet away from me numerous times. The run time is advertised as 30 minutes and I am sure it would go that long if you kept it on the lowest speed setting. But once I discovered the highest speed setting I kept it full throttle. My total run time was about 23 minutes but that was with the first 5 on the lowest speed setting and then the other 18 minutes on the highest speed setting. Plus they give you 2 batteries so you really have 45 min - 1 hour to play depending on what speed you run at.I tried really hard to get the boat to turn upside down with just tons of fast and crazy navigating but I could NOT get it to flip over on me. It is just so stable. It is really designed well. I think those rear side stabilizers are genious. So I had to manually turn it upside down so I could test the self righting feature and IT WORKS just as avertised. I pushed the self righting button on the side of the remote and the boat immediately flipped over right side up again and I was off and running. That is a HUGE comfort and safety net in my mind. It means you will likely never have to go swimming for you boat!When I hit the 23 minute mark the boat began beeping and it automatically switched to the lowest speed and I was easily able to navigate it back to shore and retrieve it.I inspected the interior after my long run and there was no significant water inside the hull. It is sealed very well.Overall I found this extremely enjoyable to play with and I was very impressed.

The media could not be loaded. This thing is great - I bought it for entertaining my dog and definitely not to spend money on things I wish I had as a kid.Pros:- body of the boat is very durable. I’ve smashed this thing into the sides of the pool too many times to count and it keeps on going- performance is great. The water-cooled engine is a very cool touch and the thing keeps going fast until the battery dies- fun ✅- it’s FAST. The video I took was on the slowest speed. It’s got 3 speeds: “chill”, “fun”, and “keep away from children”- spare parts and batteries. I broke a propeller 2 weeks into VERY heavy use, and it was a breeze to install the included spare one- demo mode. If I had a bigger pool, I’d just set this thing and walk away so I could get work done while the dog is entertained- battery life. Each battery lasts somewhere between 20-30 min depending on how hard you run it. I’ve got 4 and run through them almost every day with how much my dog begs to chase this thing.- Customer service! I had a small issue with the first boat I bought (that I honestly mostly caused myself) and customer service immediately responded (very politely) and had me up and running the next business dayCons:- maybe not the best idea for a small, inground pool. I mentioned above that the body is durable, but there are little plastic “stabilizers” on the sides that will break with crashes. In a pond or large pool, this probably isn’t an issue.All in all, a great buy, especially for the price. My inner child (and of course, my dog) are delighted.

This remote-controlled boat is super fun for adults and kids! The design is sleek and eye-catching, and the build quality is good. Setting it up was a breeze; within minutes, it was ready to hit the water. The boat is as fast as I imagined and the remote control is intuitive and responsive, giving me control over every movement. The battery life is ok, providing good time of uninterrupted fun on the pool.

Turned upside down and would not turn back over about 5 minutes into playing with it. The “automatic reset” feature definitely did not work. I couldn’t get to in time and it sank. My 7 year old saved his money to be able to buy it and is completely heartbroken.

Runs very well. My three year old grandson loved it but it was a bit much for him. Range is amazing on a lake - it basically runs so far away that it looks like a speck and knowing it’s heading is hard, so turn back when you can still tell. Older kids love them and the kid in all of us enjoy it too.I got two so that it would be more of a group activity and that worked well. You just pass around the controller to share the fun.Great battery life and 2 batteries per boat. Back fins and prop are delicate; we broke one of each in the first few days of use. Included a spare prop. Lost fin just reduced aggressive turning a bit.I first tried it in a family swimming pool and to be honest, it needs more space. It is just too fast. Say an Olympic swimming pool, pond or lake work well.Very fun!!!
