12 year old's birthday present
Bought it for a 12 year old, who likes Mario Bros, and now has his own hot chocolate mug. He was happy. The packaging wasn't the best (the mug came in a nicely packaged manufacture's box, but that was shipped in a larger box with absolutely no padding). Fortunately, my mug was NOT damaged or broken, but I was pretty surprised that it wasn't. Given how it was shipped, it's a miracle it arrived in one piece. It's not heat changing. The description says it is, but I knew it wasn't when I ordered, so I wasn't disappointed or anything. Overall, I'm happy, and it made a good gift.

My first Super Mario mug from Paladone had arrived damaged and so I had to replace it for the new one the second time. It was a speedy replacement and overall was very satisfying, thank you.

Came broken & not heat changing
The product came broken due to insufficient packaging. Cup was just put loosely in the box and then put into a grey amazon packaging bag. The cup is also NOT heat changing at all. Other than being broken, the cup does look cute. My son likes it. Emailed the company and they are sending a new one.
