There is an obvious difference in recovery and stamina and strength w this supplement.I work out in OTF and yoga. When I first started taking it I noticed that I was able to go stronger and longer on the rower at OTF. And I am not as sore or doe as long.Recently I returned to Ashtanga yoga which is pretty hard. At the time that I took my first class it just so happened that I ran out of the creatine. And I was dead after that class for like 2 days I could barely move and was so worn out that I was drained.I reordered and resumed taking the creatine. Last week I wasn’t as sore after yoga but I thought maybe the class wasn’t as hard. But yesterday we did the full primary. It's been 2 months since I ordered the first canister of this creatine. The first time I ordered it straight from the brands website.This is the second month with it and I'm really loving this product.
