These cups overall do a great job mixing my supplement drinks. They are well made, dishwasher safe, and they came with these great spring things to help mix the drinks that I actually didn't think I would use. Turns out, that Resveratrol does not mix well.The one downside to these cups is that while it is good that the lid that covers the hole where you drink fits tightly, they are difficult to close completely and to open. I discovered this, because I thought that the lid was closed and started shaking the cup to mix and made a little mess. Once you know that is how they are though, you just have to make sure you close it completely.When you drink out of the cup, be sure to move the lid that covers the drink hole all the way back, so it doesn't drip on your face when you get to the bottom of the cup.

Compared to the popular blender bottle this does the exact same thing for a much cheaper price. I think when I purchased these the price for 6 was the same as 1 blender bottle. The only thing to keep in mind when buying is the thickness of the plastic is relatively thin if you’re comparing it to the blender bottle. That being said, these will be the only ones I buy from now on because it’s a mixer bottle and you can’t really go wrong with a cheaper product. Highly recommend!

Can never have enough shaker cups with the whole house drinking protein shakes. Top closes very tightly so no worries about spillage.

These shakers are tight and not cheaply made. These mix up all contents as described. I regret ordering so many because they are so durable you won't need the rest.

Not much to report—it’s a shaker cup, and guess what? It shakes. My protein powder doesn't stand a chance. Price is solid too. If this thing had muscles, it’d probably be drinking itself.
