Loved this mantel so much, it really brought my whole entertainment center to the next level!! Not to mention, its also very sturdy and made out of great material - doesn't look cheap at all.

Needed a different mantle shelf for my fireplace. The one when we bought the place was particleboard so would have exploded in flames had we used the fireplace. Choose this one for its modern look. Easy to install if you are handy, sturdy, looks good and does the job!

Asked for help, but got none. All I received was a message requesting a favorable review. That is not going to happen. There's no support template. Other mantles at less cost do. The support is a rectangular piece of pine and is very difficult to attach per instructions and splits easily. Why? Well, you'll have to relocate the predrilled holes to align with the studs and the support is so deep you'll need long drills and driver bits. Why do you have to relocate the holes? Well the drywall anchors provided don't hold anything!!! And they don't tell you what size of drill bit to use. A beveled cleat as pictured in the ad would be far better and easier to relocate the holes and you wouldn't need to cover the screw holes on the top of mantle!!!!! A cleat allows the mantle to hang and easily move. Oh, did I mention the burned in Avana label on the bottom!! Total piece of JUNK!!! Don't waste your $$$$$!!!!! There are other mantles that do it right and at less cost.

Beautiful addition to our fireplace wall. We chose 60 inch length by 5 inch depth in espresso color. The solid wood craftsmanship elevates our space. It came with a mini level, good screws and anchors to mount it. But I wish it came with some sort of paper template to line up the holes easier. It was a bit confusing where the mounting cleat would meet the mantel and where the top of mantel would be on the wall. Either way, we recommend this product.
