Samsung 65-Inch Class QLED 4K Q80D Series Quantum HDR+ Smart TV w/Dolby Atmos, Object Tracking Sound Lite, Direct Full Array, Motion Xcelerator, Alexa Built-in (QN65Q80D, 2024 Model)

First of all the delivery men were amazing and we hit it off so soon we didn’t get each others name lol but they were super nice guys! We spoke about gaming on GTAV and looking forward to part VI! They unboxed and helped me with everything and the product is exceptional!I went with Samsung again because the KS9000 I got in 2017 is still going but the colors and leds were fading but from my experience with the 9K and the Samsung soundbar I still use; their products are great so I bought the Q80D QLED tv and it’s amazing!The image is so bright, colorful, vivid and smooth that I can say it’s the best tv I’ve owned! I game on PS5 as well and everything from Atomfall, House of ashes to The Last of Us remaster of Part II look and play amazingly!!!

I have only owned the tv for a short time now and am still working on getting the picture dialed in to where I like it.I ordered this and the seller was PC Richards. No one but Amazon had it in stock just before Christmas.I set it up and was disappointed to see a slightly dark spot the size of a grapefruit in the upper middle of the screen. It only showed on a light screen but it was there.I reported the defect through Amazon and the order was picked up and my money fully refunded no questions asked. The delivery guys even showed up with a screw gun to disassemble the tv for return (I had already placed it back in the original box.That is outstanding service. I ordered a replacement through Amazon but this time the seller was Samsung. It arrived timely and with no apparent defects.I think this is a very nice tv set, I have the Q80d in 55".The screen is very bright with great color deep blacks etc. I still need to dial in the picture to where I want it but I will get there.The sound is pretty good for two tv speakers, but I ordered a Samsung soundbar after a week. Not required but i like fuller sound when watching movies.The "smart" aspect of the tv work quite well and the apps load and run smoothly, even on wifi.I was worried I would not like the remote after reading some of the reviews but it is quite user friendly in my opinion. It is small and could be easily lost so will have to be careful.Very happy with this purchase.The new one arrived quickly and I had it set up in less than 10

If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. Have bought many Samsung TVs over the years but will NEVER do it again. First, don't try to turn the tv on, you HAVE TO open an account with Samsung first. The channels stick, the remote is terrible and the best part: my paid subscription services like Britbox and Acorn won't come up at all. I have to turn it on a different tv, in another room, the go to firestick, continue watching! At least I figured out a way to do it finally. Too bad I can't return it. Oh, and I spent over an hour with chat and asked them 10 times for customer service contacts but never got them.

The media could not be loaded. So happy I went with the QLED over the OLED.I checked out the OLED in a best buy and the sound quality out of the box was horrible. Since the OLED is smaller, the speakers are much smaller/lower quality. You basically have to buy a sound bar.This QLED has wonderful sound out of the box and you can set the TV to an intuitive setting which creates a great theatrical picture and sound quality.This is heavy. I haven’t bought a tv in 9 years and didn’t expect the weight. Set this up with another person and be so careful with the screen and pulling the protective screen cover off.Great application interface as well as “wallpaper” settings to have the TV display imagery or even a calendar while you’re not using the TV.Great buy! Very happy.

There is so much I can say about this TV but you can just read that in the description so let me get to the point. The features on this TV are numerous but let me tell you my favorites. The different color modes allow you to choose how vibrant, sharp and bright you wish the unit to be. I found the presets are pretty good but I fine tuned mine with a color graph that you see late at night on shutdown channels. After doing so I got he TV to look even better and more vivid than I imagined. The colors really stand out!The Dolby Atlas motion tracking makes it seem as the voices or sounds are coming from that part of the screen which to me is ground breaking! It has a decent amount of amplification so unless your an audiophile you don't need extra speakers.The ports are plentiful with 4 HDMI and 2 USB so you can hook your favorite devices up with no issues.It connects to Alexa allowing to to vocally control all settings. The remote requires NO BATTERIES as it is solar. Just leave it on the coffee table and when you turn a light on in the room or the sun shines it charges.It is very easy to operate, stream your favorite channels, hop on the internet and even project from your smartphone in a matter of seconds.The refresh rate is more than accommodating especially for a unit boasting all these features and then some at such a great price!Samsung has been at this for a long time and has some of the best imagery and sound out there. If you are wondering if you should pull the trigger on this I am telling you to wonder new more. You will be happy.Warning!! You will get addicted and spoiled to watching this great unit!!

I like the TV. But I'm concerned with the base. Does not seem to be sturdy. My 5th Samsung TV. Hello Samsung you use 8 small screws to hold this TV to the base? Time will tell how it holds up. Cannot knock the screen. One person cannot assembly. Need two people. Very heavy.
