This stand is sturdy and has the height I need for hanging pictures and curtain rod holders.

The media could not be loaded. Received it relatively quickly, I use it as a stand for lighting and an 85 cm (33.465 inch) softbox is very stable, folds quickly and is tall enough, I am satisfied.

The bulk of this stand is aluminum but all of the hardware is plastic so I wouldn’t consider this heavy duty. It’s your very basic standard no-frills light stand design and it comes with a carrying bag which is a bonus. It’s a little bit cheaper than your average light stand so that is a factor and it’s favor. I have about 25 of these in the studio and One never seems to have enough. This is perfect for putting a strobe or a very light weight video light on it. It extends fairly high but I probably wouldn’t use this one past seven or 8 feet. It is a spring cushion which helps when you’re lowering your equipment. I don’t think for the price you can really beat it. So this is great for somebody getting started and they’re not sure they want to invest a lot in expensive equipment

I highly recommend this light stand for both amateur and professional photographers who need reliable and portable support for their lighting! I originally bought this to replace a light stand that broke, and the stand is sturdy and stable, even at full height, which gives me confidence during shoots. Used this along with an led light to create my own version of a Devos LightRanger for half the cost. Works perfect for my use case and folds down easily and compact.

A sturdy and reliable lighting solution for my photographic need.Supports various photographic equipment, light, ring light plus you can adjust height for different equipments.I’m not sure how will you use iPhone with that.I still need to work on that part.If someone has idea pls do share.Otherwise It’s good for diverse shooting and safeguards my camera /equipment from sudden drops. I get sharp images in studios, on location, or during travels. Each package includes a tripod stand, a carry bag.

Overall, just what I needed. As an artist I needed a tripod that had some height on it for my mural projector. And this has it for most of my needs and at a great price. Sturdy and well made, again for the price.It did come missing one of the pieces (the hinge top), but I was till able to connect my projector to it. So, not too big a deal.

Tall and stable! I am going to add a LED projecting light on it as a source of light in my home studio.Initially I was considering to use it as tripod for my camera for tall angle photo shooting, but then realized that it is a bit too heavy for carrying on outdoor. Guess that's why it is quite sturdy.
