A great noodle, suitable with many recipe options. They cook fast, have excellent noodle texture and are very affordable.

A little goes a long way. Dont boil them for long, 1-2 mins is fine on high heat

I used these noodles instead of traditional ramen noodles when making ramen and it was a fantastic replacement. It was a bit more like pho but it was delicious and a wonderful replacement.My only issue is 12.99 (at time of review) seems a bit expensive for one pack of rice noodles.

I made a quick stir fry and used these noodles. They taste great and are wonderful for my newly diagnosed Celiac husband. The cook super fast! All you have to do is drop them in boiling water for around 30 seconds and they are done. They have a great chewy, neutral texture. Each bundle is actually way more noodles than I thought it would be and was enough for my husband and I to both eat dinner and take leftover for lunch the next day. Great value because this is way more noodles than you realize!

These are really good! There are sooo many noodles in just one pack. I like that they are brown rice as they don't taste different but have added nutrition. I boiled these for about a minute and then pan fried them in schezwan sauce with shallots. Then I put them into a soup with chicken broth and beech mushrooms. This was amazing! I definitely suggest it.The current price is $17.99, but you get a lot of noodles!

Nowhere on the package does it state these are organic. Complete rip off! If you’re looking for organic rice noodles, DO NOT BUY THESE! False advertising!
