Fantastic Monitor
I bought 2 of these for my significant other because she loves pink. She uses them for work, so having spreadsheets on both makes her more productive working from home. So far they work perfectly. The only issue you will have with 2 of these is that the remote control is sometimes useless since it is adjusting both at the same time. However, you can just adjust settings with the control at the bottom of the monitor.

Amazing TV/Monitor
Absolutely love this Smart TV/Monitor! I’m using it as a kitchen TV and it’s perfect—sleek design, great picture quality, and easy to use with built-in apps. The sound isn’t the strongest, but that’s totally expected for a 27” monitor. Overall, fantastic value and exactly what I needed!

Great monitor. Might not get all you paid for…
This monitor is so cute and gets the job done. But the down side is it’s supposed to come with a remote… it was in the instructions and even product photos. But there wasn’t one. I contacted Amazon of the missing item, but they wouldn’t do anything for me. They said I can contact the manufacturer. I contact the manufacturer and they said it’s the responsibility of the company who sold it to me so that would be Amazon. so I told the company that Amazon told me otherwise and sent me to them. They said they would figure out what they could do. Then nothing happened… Still without a remote. I use the app on my phone instead, but that’s not entirely reliable. Takes forever to load and doesn’t always see the monitor. I would definitely prefer the remote so I can switch to my PC from the default screen that pops up every time I turn it on. An extra hassle I’d rather not have… But it sounds like neither Amazon or the company are going to give me what I’ve paid for. So I’m stuck with what I have. Extra set up time every time I need to get on it. Hopefully one day they’ll actually do something about this issue. But otherwise, I am happy with the monitor part. I like at night it doesn’t blare me with light and slowly brightens over time when I’m on my pc side. I appreciate that. Just doesn’t need to be this hard to get it to the point to use it- switching hdmi

LG Rocks My World!
First of all I have to say that I knew buying this there was going to be a hell of a learning curve because I haven't owned any smart object in my life besides my smartphone. The reason I got this was to hold off on shelling out all the money for a PC and a Smart TV as long as possible. I'm 67 years old and on Social Security, I'm not the Bank of China! So I needed to get something I could use even after I do get those items, in almost any type of scenario with any type of operating system whatsoever. Smart phone, gaming console, laptop, Apple, Android - anything. Long story short, it didn't take long after a little initial frustration to figure out everything that I need to know about this smart monitor. With this you've got your Home Hub ready to be the command center for your smart home. You've got your home office ready to go because it's compatible with all our Google Apps. You got the built-in Web Operating System so you're internet ready and good to go on that. And then of course you've got your television, with Netflix, Prime Video, your Apple TV - everything and 300 stations that LG's giving you for nothing. I am SO IN LOVE WITH THIS MONITOR! I reckon if you're a seasoned gamer, you may want something with more NITS that's got a faster refresh rate and more pixels. But this product doesn't advertise itself as a gaming solution. This is the ultimate niche product that does it all! For $200.00! My parents spent more 55 years ago on our first color TV! If you're leaning towards this and it sounds right for you don't back off - it's really a great product and you'll catch on fast! Hat's off to LG for making my world a hell of a lot easier and A LOT more entertaining! Great value!

Great monitor, horrible remote
BUYER BEWARE!!! Depending on your use case this may not affect you, but given mine it's a deal breaker. If you plan on using more than one of these in the same room, please pay attention and stay away! I bought three of these for my kids who all share the same room for Christmas. They each have their own Nintendo Switches which works great with the HDMI port, and also I was planning on them being able to use the smart side of the monitor to view the streaming services we have subscribed to as well as YouTube and such, but it has turned into a nightmare. The remotes that come with this monitor are infrared and ONLY infrared despite this monitor having Bluetooth capabilities. If you have two or more of these monitors in close vicinity (or say as a dual monitor setup), any time you push a button on one remote it will affect all monitors. So when one of my kids is gaming on one monitor and another goes to use their monitor, as soon as they click the power button it turns that monitor on and the one that was already on off. Cue the madness. Same with volume via the remote, trying to select a streaming service, video, HDMI input, etc.I have been in contact with LG support, and they recommended trying their LG magic remote MR22GA. I bought and received 3 of them, one for each monitor, and upon attempting to pair the monitor displays "Pairing...", then "This remote is not compatible with this device." So it attempted, but doesn't work. I contacted support again, and this time they said this is a known issue. I said, "great, so what is the solution?" They said, "there isn't one currently" . So now I have to return those as well, fun times and kids are thrilled. If you plan on having only one of these, I imagine you are fine. The monitor functions snappily, supports a wide range of services and looks pretty well for a 1080p 27" screen with deep blacks. But as soon as you put two of these close enough together for the remote to send input to both, you're in trouble and LG support will not help you. You have been warned, best of luck!
