I love my mattress!! Perfect balance of soft and firm!!

I was surprised how comfortable this bed was, especially since the price was so reasonable. The box when it arrived was very heavy, recommend having two people to carry it. Would purchase again in the future if I needed another mattress.

After a HORRIBLE delivery experience, and I DON'T BLAME THE SELLER, I BLAME FEDEX! I was able to let the mattress decompress for over 3 days cause I was out of town. Got back set up the new bed frame(also bought on Amazon 5⭐️) the mattress fit perfectly, the setup was easy due to the handles on the sides and the quality so far is excellent, supportive & soft when laying to rest. The only complaints are it's advertised as 14inches but it's not(I measured it at 12 3/4 inches)and Edge support could be way better. Overall so far this is a solid purchase. My fiance and I are very pleased😊and highly recommend.👍🏾I'd also like to add CUSTOMER SERVICE during the FEDEX delivery dibocal was very responsive. The SELLER immediately acknowledged the issue and offered amends.

Great mattress for the price!

I purchased 2 of these mattresses, a king and a queen size, and I am happily leaving feedback for the (I believe) first time ever. What prompted me to sit down 30 minutes after waking and write a review? 1) No pain. Seriously! I have no back or hip pain this morning. It was my FIRST time sleeping on this mattress! 2) Price/Value. We are disposing of 2 BeautyRest mattresses purchased for an arm and a leg from a local mattress store. The BedStory was a tenth of that price. 3) It arrived 2 days early! Enough said! Both mattresses were easily unboxed and were almost a full 14" within several hours. The quality of the cover material is exceptional (I did add mattress cover pads to both so that they stay that way) There was absolutely no smell whatsoever. You know that feeling you get at a 4 star hotel when you try out the mattress? The one where you tug out the sheet from the bottom to check out the brand name? SAME FEELING! It's plush. It's a medium firm. It feels luxurious! I cannot recommend this mattress highly enough. I started to state that I wasn't being compensated for this review, however.....I was compensated with the best sleep in a long, long time. :D

Quality was great first couple of months. Already sinking in.

This is my 2nd purchase of a mattress of this style. I got a solid 8-9 years out of the last one before it developed a "dip" in the middle. I figured it was time for a new one. This fit the bell. It's a very comfortable mattress and there's nothing inherently wrong with it. However, as someone with lifelong back issues, I was hoping it would be a little more firm.
