It’s very nice. Nice quality and firm. I am happy with my purchase and I recommend it. No more neck pain, it is much much much better than just using pillows to prop myself up. You know if you’re the type of person that will use this product and if so it works really well.

I loooove this thing!I read in bed almost every night. I used to have to pile up a bazillion pillows and constantly rearrange them because they would shift or settle. And then, what to do with your arms?No more. This thing is very firm, but not hard, and fits my back perfectly. I don't feel like I'm slumped forward and I don't have to add pillows for support.The armrests are held on by a wide strap and strong velcro, no issues with them moving around. I like that they are removable because sometimes I work or answer emails in bed at night and I can remove them to make room for my laptop desk. They are just a little high for me (I'm 5'2) but it's miles better than not having them at all. They're very firm as well so I can lean on them comfortably.There are pockets on the sides for your remotes, glasses, tablet, whatever.The headrest can be detached from the top if, like me, you prefer to have it supporting your neck.Lastly, the covers zip off all the pieces so you can wash them. The material is super-soft and luxurious.

I'm 4"11 with a short torso and purchased the medium. I researched most of the items and glad i purchased this pillow. The others were filled with pieces of filler, this one is a solid piece and I provides the support I was looking for. I also use the head rest part for lower back support.

I love that as a breastfeeding mom this is helpful at night, instead of propping up so many pillows to support my back this helps. A wonderful gift from my husband. Washable, and adjustable.

VERY comfortable! Firm and supportive, but very soft and comfortable. Can use it for hours on end! This has been a life-saver for a loved-one after surgery on his leg. It's truly perfect!

I was extremely excited for my purchase of this item, I purchased it specifically for breastfeeding my newborn. I figured it may save my back and arms. I opened the package and and upon inspection I noticed a small tear in the fabric 1/2 inch. After 48+ hours of airing out to fully expand, my excitement has turned into worry. I believe with how tight this fabric is on the foam A bigger tear is imminent for this back support pillow ...and with its size fully expanded how am I to send this back for a replacement while holding a newborn!... I honestly feel like I may have wasted $70 on this. It's not meeting my expectations, sadly, I'm disappointed.

I had nasal septoplasty surgery and needed to keep head supine . This item was extremely useful .Well made and soft , loved side pockets for glasses & other helpful items.I’m 5’1” and ordered a medium.

This is exactly what I needed. I am 5’11 and the 19 inches one was perfect for me; I can rest my neck on the neck-rest. It does not move back when you are leaning. I appreciate the pockets it has, I just wish they had more room. The unboxing experience was memorable because of how the vacuum release has the couch quadruple in size.I wouldn’t read books on it as your head faces upwards when leaning.
