No clips or pins. Just peel and stick. Make sure you hold them up to your windows first. I ended up returning mine because the back door ones didn't match up right.

I just finally installed mine this week; had them since July/August. These are installed on the door frame above the window using the 3M double stick tape that's already in place on the visors from the seller. Just peel off a 4-6" amount of the tape cover from each side of the visor, hover the visor in place until its level and good front to back. I had my son help with this step. Four hand working together is so much better. Press down lightly and begin pulling the rest of the tape cover off at an angle. Press the shade at all the contact points so it's firmly attached. The curves aren't perfectly matching to the car, and there are gaps of almost 1/2" on each side where the visor bumps out to allow for the thicker window molding on the vertical sides of each window. I'm hoping these area of sun/rain exposure from above will not affect the sticking power of the unit. Time will tell. My last car (2007 Honda Fit) had in-channel visors. They too were double stick taped, but inside the window's channel. That car was totaled and since I knew I wanted another Fit, I pulled them off at the junk jars. They were so hard to remove, but came off without damage to either car or visor. All in all, I think the price is good for these. I got it for $25ish whereas the 2007 Fit's were closer to $55. Both feel like the same plastic and it really helps to keep the car cooler when parked with the windows down, within the visors cover area. I live in the Mohave desert. We're still close to 100 degrees F now (9-9-18).

Sorry, that I do not know. It didn’t come with any paperwork inside at all. Maybe the seller has that information. But it’s a great product and made it through the car wash just fine.
