This is a very solid, high quality shower valve with three outputs. It works perfectly, and was relatively easy to install. Good DIY skills are helpful. Installation instructions were clearly written and easy to understand. Highly Recommend!! Everyone was has stepped into my newly remodeled primary bath has been impressed.

Really happy with this purchase. The system looks great and works very well. Water pressure is pretty balanced between each of the heads. Excellent customer service after then fact, even with an issue that was admittedly my fault.

I bought this for a remodel of my kids restroom. I replaced the old traditional bathtub shower combo with a full shower and purchased this faucet specifically because I've always wanted a rain shower. This thing is heavy...everything is solid brass and feels quality. The hand wand is weighty and has great flow...we have two large dogs and it is excellent for for washing them and rinsing out thick hair. I was skeptical of the buttons, but they work great. I did purchase a shorter drop down pipe for the rain shower, as I wanted mine higher up and the included 12 inch would have put it a bit low for a room with 8 ft ceilings.3 months in and no issues and I am very pleased with it.

I have mixed feelings about this.Pros - seems like a quality product. It is packaged well.Cons - Contains no instructions or specifications...zero documentation. I will update on the product once installed. There also is no matching shower arm (the pipe between the wall and shower head). This isn't an issue with brushed nickle as it is a common part at the hardware store but not sure if you can get a matt black one at Lowes.Shipping - I ordered the Brushed Nickle version but got the matt black except for the drop bar for the rain head...go figure. I left a probably unfair single star for the vendor but I really think it was Amazon who dropped the ball as they handle fulfillment...except for the single brushed nickle part. Not sure if this was returned or what. Regardless, Vanfoxle issued me a $40 for the mixup and Amazon said they would send me a brushed nickle one in the next 4 days. However, when I checked the status, it shows arriving in 6 which is problematic given I am supposed to install in 4. I will update with results. So far, provided I receive it within 4 days, I will not just be satisfied but impressed with the way both Vanfoxle and Amazon have handled the mistake.UPDATE: Amazon's promise to have the replacement here in four days was an empty one...still showing Friday (6days) which is now a scheduling nightmare as it is going in a vacation rental.UPDATE: I received the new shower kit on Friday and was impressed. The original had obviously been returned without parts as the new one had many additional parts and full documentation. I have to give credit to Vanfoxel for standing behind their product and seeing that I was taken care of. The installation was a little tricky but all in all, I am very pleased.

Fit and finish very nice. Very solid metal. It is very nice having all controls on one panel. Highly recommend.
