I’ve had plantar fasciitis for about half a year now and I started waitressing again. Even with short shifts I couldn’t deal with the pain and had to rest my feet for hours before being able to stand. After buying these I can go 5 hour standing without needing to sit (not ideal but true). They don’t activate my plantar fasciitis pain! When I started wearing them they were a bit uncomfortable and strong for my feet but after 2-3 days of wearing them out, my feet adjusted easily. I really like them.

I purchased these arch supports because the orthotics I have are too wide and ruin the shoes or tilt my knee and hip outwards which is dangerous & painful. These fit perfectly and were working well or so I thought until my knees were painful and I couldn't walk up the stairs very well. I took them out and I'm back to normal now. I still think they are good, but an adjustment to lower the arch would work. Maybe have 4 levels of arch support height. That's why the podiatrist makes aold of your foot. Too much arch and your causing the ankle to roll out, affecting your knees and hips too. Too little of an arch and your foot rolls inward causing the same pain.

I have pain in my arch. My doc recommended NB for arch support. I purchased these so I could continue to wear my other shoes. They work great, support & relieves pain. I gave it a 4 Star because the product itself is a hard plastic which can make it uncomfortable & cause a lil pain if not in right position because of the plastic.

These were very uncomfortable, cutting into one arch. No cushioning on the edges around the arch. Hard and bad fit. Returned item.

I have had completely flat feet since birth, I’ve always had custom orthotics from my doctor but I lost my insurance so I can’t get new ones, all the ones online are foam and never supported my arch enough because all my weight falls on them, I got these because they looked promising and I cannot express how good these are for my needs, they push on my foot to support where an arch is so well, so well in fact it’s even better then the prescribed ones, now I know every product is different for everyone but if you have flat and don’t have insoles I highly suggest trying these out

I've tried lots of different products and I think this one is a standout for a few reasons:It's small, so it' doesn't crowd you out of your shoe;It's very arched for those of us who like the extra supportIt's also solid plastic, so I have used it for water shoes and diving boots.

Too sturdy for my feet after hours of use walking and standing for long periods at a museum. It ending up hurting to the point of taking it off mid day. The rating is for my experience with the product but the product itself wasn't made of bad quality and may work for those who need constant sturdy support. I ended up returning the product for a refund.

I'm happy with the product, I have very flat feet and I need to correct them before it gets worse, I feel the arch under my foot it's great.Going to be honest I never purchased these for the intention of being comfortable. With flat feet, adding a soul with an arch is painful. That's exactly what I was looking for, after a day's work in them my feet are killing me, they are going it's job!I'm very happy 😊

It is as hard as a rock! I mean, I feel like I put rocks in my shoes and feel them with every step I take -however they work! They are seriously the best insoles for me because they are HARD enough to give me the support I need. I deal with heel pain, bunion, plantar facitis and with "Overpronation" that happens when your gait (the way you walk or run) eventually causes the arches of your feet to flatten more than they would normally and mine roll inward :( That puts strain on muscles, tendons and ligaments that support your arches. Overpronation increases the risk you’ll injure your foot and leg. But you can correct the problem with exercise and by adding orthotic insoles to your shoes so these help me and I will contunie using them. I have too get use to the pain of wearing them.
