Satisfactory Response From Support Team
Thank you so much to Stephanie from the Toy Choi support team for helping resolve a major problem. My daughter was gifted this doll for Christmas and just days later, the doll malfunctioned. It made the sucking sound continuously even after replacing batteries. Unfortunately, we were a few days outside of the Warranty period but Stephanie helped us by offering to replace the doll. We're so grateful because my daughter really gets a kick out of the doll.

Product is great! But batteries were dead
The item was fine. My only complaint is that the batteries, which are listed as included, were dead. So we had to put new batteries in right away, but other than that, itâs a really cute baby. That makes really cute sounds.

Itâs alright
Little disappointed that the doll only says âpapaâ and not mamma. Only one hand works with sound. Also disappointed that the pacifier doesnât stay in the babies mouth. To me this doll is overpriced for what it does.
