I would recommend it . It’s so much easier when there already cut . The tape doesn’t hurt when removing it like other tape does . My skin is thin and I’m always worried about my skin ripping

I like that the product was cut to use and no cumbersome cutting to fit. The product wasn't very good at staying in place with a lot of bending etc.

really like these, they are easy to apply and stay on for several days. Just remember to remove it with warm water and some type of oil, and pull it off slowly.

I find that the product does work, however, do not lift after you have placed it will not tape back down

These are fantastic! Easy to apply and remove. The support is exactly what I needed to keep an old injury from acting up. I love that these take the guesswork out of proper placement.

Terrible quality, material was cheap!! Glue was so cheap and is still stuck on my skin.

I have a torn meniscus and a patella that slips due to the knee grove being too shallow. Im a floor RN and aim moving alot. This tape helps to give my knee stability and I'm not after of it slipping out. This is my 2nd time purchasing this product.

A friend turned me onto k tape, he had a full roll of it, cut some strips and wrapped my knees and it was incredible. I’m an avid hiker and the support was amazing. I bought this product with the pre-cut shape instead of the roll since I’m new to taping and still getting the hang of it. While these are indeed precut, the fabric is flimsy and the adhesion wasn’t great. They weren’t horrible but if you’re an experienced taper and you need strong support you probably won’t like this product.I will be buying a full roll and just doing more experimenting cutting the shapes myself.
