I originally bought this for a guest bedroom, but ended up stealing it for myself.I am a side sleeper with DJD in my neck.What I like about it most is that side to side you get the same support. Some pillows are perfect in the middle but if you get to one side of it, suddenly your head is at the wrong position and nearly rolling off (causing tension in your neck that you don’t even realize). I can’t really speak to the temperature regulating cover because I keep a silky type case on it. I liked the firmer side at first but accidentally slept on the soft side a few nights and found I liked it better. If you’ve used any other kind of pillow, it will feel “too firm” at first. But just see how much better your neck feels in the morning, not rolling off of a pillow all night and how much your neck muscles can truly relax when your noggin is fully supported.

I find I often have to get new pillows as mine are not comfortable after a while. I have been using these pillows for a long time now and they are still great quality.

I am very difficult to please when it comes to pillows. Due to medical issues, that need very specific things, it takes me a very long time to find just the pillow i need. Tempurpedic changed the only one that worked for me. I was beyond upset. I’ve tired a few others and they haven’t helped. I actually was thinking of this for my husband. I had it saved in my “list.” When I pulled it up to show it to him it dawned on me that this might actually work for me! I would usually never dream of buying a pillow without feeling it but I did. I was hesitantly excited when it came. I opened it and was about to get discouraged because I knew right away that it was going to be to hard. I took out the firmest layer. I looked at the pillow and thought that now it would be to thin. However, I’ve had it now for only 2 nights and have gotten the best sleep I have in many months. It normally takes me a few weeks of pain to adjust to a new pillow. Needless to say I am ecstatic at what this pillow has done for me and how quickly it did! This is a brilliant design. This pillow is a big disappointment. Much much too heavy, it’s like sleepingOn cement. Absolutely helpless as a pillow..hurts my neck, back and shoulders.

I am looking for a medium to firm pillow, definitely not it. it has no support at all. I was so so unconfutable and woke up with horrible neck pain

I have tried a few ergonomic pillows that have odd shapes thinking they must be made for support, they have to be better than cheap pillows at the department store. And they were for a short time. Comfort didn't last very long. I liked the reviews on this one so tried it. I have a new favorite pillow! It's only been a couple months but is still so comfortable! I find I like a firmer pillow and this one has that. There are 3 different layers you can put together and it makes it perfect. It is great for side sleepers because you can tuck it under your neck and you don't get that crunch in your neck you might get from other thinner, softer pillows. This is a good value for the price.

Have neck issues and I have purchased so many only to donate or toss out. Really like this pillow for the support it gives my neck and the cooling side. It did take weeks before it got broken in and my neck use to it ( almost gave up) got the gray has cooling side and reverses to a firmer side. Also remove able insert to controll height / thickness and density. Will definitely order another. Great quality zipper, and nice cover.
