Great function, storage for price. Bed was extremely firm, was much better with foam topper purchased separately.Sitting area is not very deep (back to knee), which I prefer, but might be awkward for tall person.Wood slats for bed pullout support, definitely better (no pullout bar in back pain).Assembly wasn't too bad, definitely takes an assemble friendly type personality mindset.My only complaint was Amazon didn't give all 3 tracking #'s for each box and they didn't all come at same time. Didn't realize the 3rd box was coming a week later until I reached out to cs thinking we had missing parts. All worked out, but better communication with ALL tracking #s up front would be helpful.

We absolutely love this sectional! It has completely transformed our space into a cozy and relaxing retreat. The cushions are comfortable and supportive, and the layout is perfect for lounging, watching movies, or just spending time with family. The quality feels solid, and it was surprisingly easy to set up. We’ve already gotten compliments from friends who’ve visited. Bought this for my 8yr old after he wore out a cheap futon.Delivery:Arrives in 2 boxes each about 100lb. The cushions are vacuum sealed and compressed but most of mine had expanded and were half busting out of the box. I was surprised everything was still inside.Set up:Instructions are inside one of the accessory boxes and say 2 people would take 30 min. Me solo took about 3 hours. I will say that I was surprised at how well everything lined up. Nornally stuff like this holes are missing or misaligned.Function:Everything works great and the pull out and raise up sections are not hard but not super light either.Comfort:Very firm, but it's for a kid and he'll break it in. The back pillows are very soft, but it does sit very straight up. A slight recline would be nice.Cleaning:The cushions appear to zipper off and are not filled with loose stuffing so that would be good. I still purchased a water proof cover for it just to save myself from constantly cleaning it.

Very nice looking couch, The fact that it falls out really adds to it. I will admit that putting it together took quite a bit of time and probably would be best done by two people, but I was able to do it alone. The cushions feel a little stiff at first but soften up after some use. Switching it from couch to bed mode is pretty easy and straightforward. Adding things like pockets and a plug or a sign of a company that really thinks things through

I purchased the double chaise sleeper sofa. This model came in three boxes. Two of the boxes have the same part number, which was confusing. But the base model is one chaise and a two-seater, so once I realized that, it all made sense.I wasn’t really expecting full assembly but upon seeing the size of 2 of the 3 boxes, I knew there would be quite a bit. Thankfully, overall it wasn’t very difficult. All in all, it took me around 3 hours. But we also have 3 children under 4, so there were some interruptions. All the parts were well labeled and the instructions were quite clear, not leaving me confused at all.Assembly:✩Tip 1: I recommend starting by unpacking ALL of the cushions so they can start expanding. They are vacuum sealed flat. It only took around an hour and a half to fully expand. So by the time I was done with assembly, they were ready to go on the couch.✩Tip 2: As I stated, I purchased the double chaise version and one thing I had to swap around was the diagonal furniture connectors on the sides of the second chaise and the two-seater. There may have been method behind the factory configuration, but as it was, I was going to have to lift the whole assembled couch to attach the second chaise. After attempting, the creaking of the bolted joints let me know right away that it wasn’t going to end well if I lifted it up high enough to make the attachment. So I swapped them so all I had to do was lift and drop the second chaise into place.I give the build quality of the overall couch a 3.5 stars out of 5.Frame quality is a 4 out of 5. It goes together pretty solid but it is mostly particle board. There are some metal components. So as long as it’s not abused, it should hold up for a while. My main concern goes to the 2x1/2” planks that make up the cushion supports. They did make them easy enough to replace, as long as you can find replacements, you shouldn’t have much to worry about.The functionality of the pullout/sleeper (which is a nice feature) is fairly easy to operate, but you do have to get a feel for how the mechanics of it move. There’s no spring assist or anything so it’s solely up to you to put the right amount of “umph” into it, but not too much!Cushion quality is a 2.5 out of 5, 3 at best. The seat cushions are very firm, except for ones which is a bit softer than the rest. But that’s not necessary a good thing. The cushion support planks that I mentioned before have very little give, again having its own pros and cons. I’m glad they’re strong enough to support me (at 260lbs) but frankly I’ve sat on plastic chaise/lounger lawn chairs that were more comfortable. But I think most of the discomfort actually comes from the back cushions. It’s an interesting set up. The couch frame is only a halfback, stopping under my shoulder blades but the back cushions are much taller, going to the base of my head. Plus, they are less than half as firm as the seat cushions so you kind of go right through them. You can feel the halfback frame through them and that, frankly, sucks.Overall, the couch looks great but for the price, we were hoping for more. Maybe we can find some replacement back cushions and memory foam toppers for the seats elsewhere to make it a better experience.

I turned my garage into a tiny apartment and this couch is a perfect fit. I put it together by myself. The instructions are very clear, so I had no problems assembling it. The cushions are firm as others have noted here, I feel over time they will soften up some. I use this as my bed also so I put my memory foam bed topper on when going to bed and I sleep comfortably. The cushions also unzip so you could add your own memory foam to make it softer. The chaise lounge storage area is huge. I currently store my 10 person, 2 room camping tent and my screen room tent in there. I ordered the grey and the color is spot on. The usb ports on the side are an added bonus. The arms are interchangeable so you can put the usb port on either side, just pay attention to the arrows on the connectors. I highly recommend this couch. Especially if you have a small space.
