I don’t know what I was thinking.
I give this three stars because of my own issues with the product. I understand how it’s supposed to work and I understand why it’s designed this way but I just don’t like the idea of my butter sitting in water. The product itself is high quality and feels nice but the more I think about it, the less I want to use it. If this is some oddly specific butter crock you’re looking for, then this is for you. But I just can’t get it through my head that I need my butter sitting in a water bath. So, I won’t be using it.

Perfect for storing butter
The size is perfect. It keeps the butter cool but spreadable without melting. Make sure to push the butter into the mold or it will fall out.

I needed a butter dish and this liked good but unfortunately the butter didn’t stay in the upper chamber, it kept falling in the water.
