At first, I was pleased with the computer but then when I went on my first zoom call, I found out that the mic didn’t work. I had also bought a card reader to plug into the USB-C plug that did not work, but I assumed it was the fault of the Card reader and not the computer. There was also a problem with the computer continuing to chime like I was re-plugging it in over and over once the battery was full.When I took the computer to Apple, they told me that the charge pinging is due to a third-party glass being put on the laptop and it was not registering it in sleep mode, so it was constantly overcharging. They told me that not only did the mic not work but the ports don’t work so I can’t plug in an external mic or anything else into the USB-C plugs. They said that there was something majorly wrong with the logic board/brain of the computer I’ve been asking Amazon and this seller to just swap out computers. I don’t even wanna refund. I just want a working laptop. I contacted the seller before the return window closed, but they did not get back to me with options until after that window closed and then refused to do anything. First negative review I’ve ever left an money down the drain.

So far lap top is fine no problems with that . The only problem is that the charger stopped working after a week.its best to purchase a charge for it from Best Buy for 80.00

The media could not be loaded. Ngl I thought it would be big from what I seen in the 3d room vision….but I’m grateful that I have one😂😂

It's a very nice MacBook. I'm surprised how good it works, considering that it's renewed. There is a couple of things that I don't like about it. First you have to click on the document and/or picture more than once to either open it or get it to load. The second is the processor, it would be so nice if the processor was an Intel i7 or i9. That's about the only things that truly bothers me about this MacBook. It's faster than expected, but I do try to keep as little documents on it as possible; mostly I just have photos and I save a lot to flash drives. Other than those two issues I'm not dissatisfied with the purchase and would definitely purchase this laptop again.
