Great indoor full size basketball hoop
The IGL Wall Mount Basketball Hoop is a great full size indoor hoop; the hoop is solildly built and all the metal parts fit well together; the bracket mounting template is very helpful as it shows excatly where the holes need to be drilled on the wall; adjustable height makes it easy to change the height of the hoop, for smaller kids;Customer service is prompt and helpful, via phone and mail; overall, a nice product;

As advertised
Very sturdy with mounting bracket design! The kids love it and the adults enjoy dunking on the lowest setting and not breaking it! Don’t install by yourself, have a second or third set of hands!

Nice design, but expect to get different bolts for the wall mount.
Great design, high quality! The width of the mount didn’t match the stud width, but I had a durable plywood I mounted it too. Go by 6 bolts, nuts and washers if mounting to wood. The ones it comes with will work if mounting to solid wall like concrete or brick.I did the directions in reverse. Mount the wall mount. Then mount the support beams. Then the crank mechanism. Then hoist up the backboard with help of someone on the ladder. Do yourself a favor and crank it all the way down before putting up the backboad, so you can do it at a lower height. Then put the rim on last.I would just use the direction as a rough guide.

Solid, wooden mount hardware needed
Solid build, but you need hardware to mount to house / shop with wood supports.

Don’t sacrifice court space for centering.
For the price I’ll give it a 5 star review. Yeah I mean the back board is a little flat, but it beats every park back board I ever played on. It has no flex though and pretty solid. Unlike every rolling hoop I ever bought in my life. The rim is legit just like playing on the Elementary School Hoops that I coach the kids on. Myself and my son love it. He still hasn’t beat me in horse yet! Keep balling! 🤣

Excellent customer service
I can’t express enough how wonderful the customer service was. The quality of the backboard is fantastic and although we bought this backboard as a gift and was unable to give it to the intended person, their customer service was extremely helpful, friendly, and quick to find a solution. Would definitely recommend

Bracket doesn't match wall studs
Solid hoop all together BUT the mounting bracket does not match up to my 16" studs in the wall because the bracket is 18" so I'm kind of stuck on what to do now. Can somebody help!? I really don't want to return it, as it was a gift for my son for good grades all year.
