The customer service team was not only professional but also sincerely apologetic for the inconvenience, which I greatly appreciated. Updated Dec. 23, 2024 -- Seller had reached out to me about the lamp's manufacturer defect and promptly sent out a new lamp that works perfectly. As I stated earlier this really is a great lamp. It looks and feels premium; it's very bright with a number of brightness and color adjustments. Because of the seller's excellent customer service and it being a great product, I'm revising the review to 5 stars.≈================This should be a 5 star product! The first lamp ordered works great; lots of brightness and temperature options as well as a simple and functional remote control. Upon receipt of the first lamp I immediately ordered another one. But the three subsequent lamps received had one same defect - the connector between the gooseneck and the base is factory installed backwards so it cannot be put together by the user. Once they seller sorts out their defective inventory I will be ordering another one.

This lamp is prefect and I would deffinitely recommend it. It is very bright but also dimmable. You can use the remote or the lamp itself to control it. It has a timer available and several other controls. It is a great price for all that is can do.

The installation was easy; the light is bright (but also adjustable); the controls are easy to reach; and the remote is a nice plus. I am very pleased with this purchase.

It’s a nice light. It is priced right. Remote works. Adjustable lighting. The height is not adjustable. Really can not complain less than $20 and works.

Fantastic, versatile desk lamp! Many various shades of light along with a variety of brightness levels. The remote is fantastic - and even better - it retains the last used shade and brightness of light when powered off and back on. This is incredibly helpful as I have the lamp plugged into a voice-controlled smart switch. Only downside is the installation can be really tedious depending on how much depth your desk has. I wish it was offered with both a clamp-on style AND a base. Otherwise, 10/10!

If you are looking for a desk lamp that won’t take up space on your desk and has great features, this lamp is a steal. This lamp has four dimmable with four levels and if I’m not mistaken also has four color options. I use this on an L shape desk so I extend these lights at 90 degree ankle to give both areas an equal amount of light. If these features weren’t enough, they also provide a remote control which controls all the features. Ready to buy a second one for my other desk. The controls on top of the light bar itself is what I was looking for. I hate when the power switch is located somewhere on power cord because that is tedious to grab when it lies behind desk.
