This music player does not work as it should. It constantly freezes; is glitchy when playing music; does not connect well to blue tooth; it lost color and we had to do a factory reset, which brought back color but didn't help the other issues.

Initial player didn't work. Was unable to charge the battery for some reason. The 30 day return time with Amazon had expired. I reached out directly to the manufacturer and they responded within 24 hours with an offer for a new replacement. It arrived 2 days later and worked perfectly. Love the device and parental controls. Outstanding customer service. Highly recommend the product as well as the manufacturer.

It's cute and was well received as a gift. But, my kid has barely used it the 6 months he's had it and now it has stopped working. No sound comes out at all. He was going to use it to do a school presentation with music and couldn't get it to play any music. Super frustrating.

This does everything a phone does, minus actual phone calls and texting. It is definitely slower and smaller than a standard smart phone, but it makes for a great device for a tween.

i ordered this for my work because i work at a spa and our other mp3 player was a piece of junk and i like that it has lots of different music apps on it however while using it all day it would start glitching out and not working correctly

You can uninstall apps like intent browser, video apps...They can't be reinstalled unless you reset the device.That's great for me, since I can gift my kid music, without having a cellphone in hand.Has an external speaker that might unalive an audiophile, but my kid doesn't mind 1 bit. Sounds perfectly fine with ear buds.He likes Pandora and Spotify which we don't *really* feel like controlling. We check in.Have loaded the player with mp3s for use in the car, and it has WiFi when at home.He wants me to load some shows, it also plays video.Charges by USB.Call it a fantastic first mp3 playerWill update if it starts to fail in less than 1 year, which I would say is probably the life of such an unbranded children's device in 2025.

I'm not sure if it needs some sort of internal update, I couldn't find any information about that but the player freezes, acts glitchy and it has been very frustrating for my 8yo. We are only trying to use Spotify so it's not like we're overwhelming the player with activitiy. It would also be nice to have the ability to rearrange or delete apps you don't use but I understoof that coming into the purchase. Maybe just consider that for future products!

Worked great… for less than 2 months. Then it glitched and kept restarting. I tried shutting down. software updates, factory resets and nothing worked. When I tried contacting the seller; they requested my credit card info to answer any questions. Hmmm scam.
