I purchased this 4.0 cu ft drop safe for my small business, and it has exceeded my expectations. It offers a great combination of security, convenience, and storage capacity at a reasonable price. Highly recommended for business owners and anyone needing a reliable drop safe.

Bought this safe for my son to store his valuables and important belongings. Not my first item from this brand. I’ve had their tall rifle safe for about a year and a couple metal lockers in the garage even longer. All still working perfectly, so this drop safe was a planned buy. First thing worth mentioning- packaging is excellent. It’s very well protected inside the box. Honestly, it would take some serious abuse during shipping to damage it. I even posted a photo of the packaging opened so you can see how it’s secured inside. Operation is basically like a small hotel room safe. Set your code, close it, done. Reset works the same way. Keypad responds fast. You’ve got a backup key and an external battery option if the batteries die. I tested everything from scratch, including the alarm - works fine. The little interior light is actually very convenient. I also made a short video showing setup and alarm test so you can see how it works in real life. The drop slot is easy to use and has a proper anti-fishing design inside, so you can’t just reach in and pull things back out. It’s not extremely heavy, so definitely mount it. Four pre-drilled holes on the back (7 3/4 inches between the bith vertical and horizontal ones), hardware included. Into concrete, it’s rock solid. Into drywall, two screws into one stud is more than enough unless you’re feeling to hang it. I did exactly that with my taller safe - over a year now and it hasn’t moved at all. It’s not going anywhere. Ever. No disappearing act haha. Honestly, this could be the fanciest mailbox in the whole neighborhood if mounted on a covered porch (or may be uncovered but I didn’t test it outside). Unfortunately, my neighborhood has “rules” so I’ll use it for its actual purpose. But if you’ve got a private house and no restrictions… that would be a pretty epic mailbox. For around this money it does exactly what it should. No hype. Just a practical drop safe that works. Thumbs up.

I am a big fan of how big and bulky this thing is. It feels solid, and like it’s not going anywhere. The pin entry computer is quite snappy and hasn’t given me any issues yet. The fireproof pouch is a nice bonus and it really does protect against fire (i tested). Overall this is a great safe to keep your money, documents and tools protected.

Update: the lock stopped working after a couple of uses, not very well made. Returning mine for refund. Good size safe with a lot of features. 3 different combinations to open this safe that makes it secure. Quick deposit a lot makes it easy to put new things in it without needing to open it.

Perfect for small businesses or just for your home to store small items, it's easy to use, has back up keys in case the battery stops working, can be bolted down, I love the drop box, it's fire resistant, definitely recommend
