This enclosure is beautiful. It was pretty simple to put together. With my wife and I, it took about an hour. The instructions were easy to understand, there was one part with the sliding doors in that we got a little confused, but the instruction video cleared up any misunderstanding we had. The company reached out the day after we placed the order to have us double check the measurements that we had ordered and ensure the shipping info was correct. After I confirmed, the product was shipped next day, and arrived about a week after the order was placed. The messaged to make sure we got it, great customer service so far. After we built it, we discovered it was very sturdy, we were able to move it easily. The little feet that attach to the bottom, do extend the measurements approx 1” in both directions on the base alone. But it still fits nicely on our 4’x2’ workbench.We weren’t able to find a better value for the price. Highly recommend!!!

Comes well packaged, instructions are clear, should do my PB well. It is NOT a sealed enclosure if you need to know. Seems pretty well built and light. I wish the top cover for the screen wasn't already pre cut for single lights as I have double set up features.

If I could give these guys a 10 star review, I would the order was not supposed to arrive until 11 June but it arrived on 19 May. It was whale packaged and didn’t take me long to put together at all. I do not have a picture of it put together yet as I am building the inside of the habitat when it’s finished, I’ll add a picture to the review if I’m allowed to. It may not be a forever tank for my snake as she will need something bigger eventually, but it sure is sturdy enough to last quite a few years And their shipping is awesome.

REALLY big. REALLY nice. My daughter's ball python loves it. It's solid and thick, but not so much so that external heat pads can't get their heat through or that one can't drive screws in to secure climbing accessories. The snake is happy -- and let's face it, that's all that really matters.

I recently bought this item, and the brackets were defective, so I had to return it because I could not put it together because the faulty rode did not slide in properly into the wholes as described. It was very frustrating to have to pay $215.33 for the shipping because I could never get ahold of the seller to provide me with a label that covered the shipping cost to this cage. I was so disappointed to spend that much money on something that was broken in the first place. I still have not gotten my refund back and the item was received on 10-25-2024.

Came less than a week after ordering!I haven’t built it yet due to the Holiday, but as soon as I do. I will update this review, but so far I am very happy that it came earlier than expected.Update:It was pretty easy to set up, and my snake is still exploring around her new home days later. Once she out grows this tank I plan to get another one

The media could not be loaded. Light weight, and functional. I feel, for the price point, the product it’s self is cheep quality, flimsy and a pain to assemble. The surrounding walls are very thin, convenient screen cover included, but only two support bars on top and on bottom ( had to reinforce for better weight support on the floor). I had many encounters with fit up issues and had to personally modify to make it all work together ( several hour of cursing). Once assembled, the doors CAN NOT be removed for cleaning, so the inside is always dirty. The large enclosure, the doors are glass and there’s a nice barrier to keep substrate from falling out. Overall, I spent almost $900 on two enclosures, add-ons like wheels and spacers. Product has to be built as you stack them and the assembly instructions are vague ( had to you-tube it). You are committed to this specific product brand. As far as heat, I haven’t noticed a significant difference between this and my old glass enclosure. I have my setup tucked near my radiator and the back wall has a thick, decorative, styrofoam wall. My opinion: these enclosures would function well for breeders and showcasing. However, it’s now convenient to have both of my reptiles in one space.

Amazing customer service if you have any issues contact the seller. I got an almost immediate response. The cage is sturdy and also doesn't weigh alot. The only thing I have is that the panels could be a little thicker (double walled) but hold heat well I like that it's aluminum so a fogger will be ok in it
