Very firm and supportive on a too soft settee. A further update on this product.. this continues to be an amazing cushion and has definitely helped alleviate back pain

It was good for relieving pain but wanted to use it in the car but it raises me up too high so no use for driving.

I tried this for a few days on my office chair. It does make you sit more upright but I felt that, overall, it was not comfortable. I think that the "pommel" bit of the front causes discomfort for men, but may be OK for women. It did not seem to be big enough for me and I am quite slim. Sent back and got refund no problem. Good old Amazon, what a service they provide! Just a shame they don't pay their fair whack in taxes and treat their warehouse staff better.

Absolutely love this! My sciatica was acting up and I couldn't sit without a lot of discomfort. As soon as I started using the COMF cushion, I was sitting pain free.

At the risk of sounding overly dramatic, this seat cushion has changed my life. I have been trying to get back into shape and bought a stationary recumbent bike. I ride it quite a bit (about 30 miles per day, 5 days per week) and my lower back and rear end were hurting pretty bad causing me to cut my exercising short at times. If I didn't cut it short, I rode through the pain and didn't feel so great for the rest of the day. I was pretty disappointed as I enjoy riding while I work on my computer from home. I tried a pillow, which helped a little bit at first, but it wasn't much and didn't last. I researched seats on Amazon and bought this in hopes it would help, but was prepared to return it if it didn't. When I received it, I sat on it and let out an "aaahhhhh" immediately. It's a bit larger than my recumbent bike seat, but a rolled up towel under the back of it solved that problem. I now ride my 30 miles with no pain. It not only provides comfort, but the design around the tailbone and lower back area provides support. I have sat on it quite a bit and have not noticed any flattening or wear. It still feels as good as the day I got it. My husband has been eyeing it and wants one for his office. If he doesn't buy it for himself by the holidays, I'll get another one for him. I also want to buy one for my mother who broke her back several years ago and has a desk job. I think she will benefit from this awesome seat, too. I could go on, but I think you get the point. I'm very happy and grateful for this product.

Purchased this for use in the car as it seemed to be the lowest profile cushion I could find. It turns out to be the best cushion too!! All others I purchased are OK but this one is by far the best for pain relief. I used to for a drive to Nova Scotia from Toronto and my pain was fine. I have purchased more since. Highly recommend this if you have coccyx pain.
