I got these for my boys so they have something active to do inside the house during the long ND winters. Its advantages are:- it works relatively well, but not on thick carpet at all- the fan that moves it along works well- the battery has a decent life- it is a compact toy- good bargain- it is a great inside athletic toy that is pretty safe- it has foam on the sides so it won't damage walls or furniturenegatives:- it is a little noisy and can drive parents nuts!

This set of two hover soccer balls is amazing for outdoor play! They allow children to play soccer indoors without the worries of knocking something over and breaking it. They are lightweight and easy to glide on hardwood floors. Such a great idea and product! Would make a great gift!

I started out using a no-name battery in the balls. They would not power on.I switched to Energizer Lithium and WOW!, they lit right up and a POWERFUL stream of air came out of the bottom of the balls.The air causes a cushion that the balls float on, making them easy to kick around.The description of the ball tells not to kick them overly hard so we had to watch the kids to make sure they weren't overly rough with them. It was hard for the kids not to give them a kick with all their strength - hense the 4 stars.Each time the ball was hit or kicked, the colors of the ball changed. The kids really liked that feature.This ball is best used indoors or outside when the sun is not overly bright - to allow the colors to show up best.The box says ages 3+ but I would recommend this for more for kids ages 6+ to enable the child to better understand not to kick them too hard.Overall, this is a really nice toy for the kids. It gets them up moving, excersizing instead of being couch potatoes. Rig up a couple of "nets" at each end of the room so the kids can get the balls into the goal and let them have fun!MADE IN CHINA.

Thank goodness it’s a two pack as one didn’t work at all and just drug along the floor. The working hover ball seems to be functioning as intended. Gentle kicks are all that’s needed. They certainly don’t provide entertainment for long but allowed our kids to play ball in the house.

This is a neat item to have at my house when the grandkids come over. You can play a little "rowdy" but not worry about it damaging anything. The bumpers are nice and it air glides so easily. It's not really made to be kicked like an actual ball. It's more of like playing air hockey with your feet. I plan on setting up some obstacle courses for this to make some challenge games with it.

My kiddos loved their old hover soccer ball so we ordered a set of two and they work perfectly! I did have to replace the batteries within a week on one of them but I think it was just a fluke because the other one is still going! They make the perfect gift for active kiddos and provide lots of playtime which means you're able to drink your coffee while its warm!

This soccer ball glides smoothly on our wood and tiled floors. It's a tad bit noisy but nothing too nerve wracking. The LED lights are really bright and add a lot of fun to this soccer ball, especially when playing with it in the dark. It hasn't caused any damage to our walls or flooring.
