The media could not be loaded. Everyone talks about the good. So let me tell you the downsides.If you are like me, someone who has multiple security cameras from leading brands, this is nothing comparable.(1) NO 24/7 RECORDING: First, the video does not record 24/7. So get that expectation out of the way. This only records 15-20 seconds if it detects a motion. But that is ONLY IF you purchase cloud storage for $20 per year. Otherwise, there is no sotrage at all, not even local storage. And that's a part of the problem because it doesn't always detect motions. And it frequently detects no motion. This may be ideal to thwart low level theifs. But you may get in a situation where the video did not record a thief in action.(2) ONLY 7 DAY CLOUD STORAGE: Also, subscription is not cheap as one might think. For example, this costs $20 a year. But the cloud consists of only 15-20 seconds of motion triggered videos for 7 days. COMPARE THAT with leading brands like Kasa who charge $3 month / $36 year. They have 24/7 video recording with sd card AND 30 day cloud storage without SD card. For me, that extra $16 is definitely worth it.(3) CHEAPLY MADE: I was enticed by $8.99 of machine cost. But I can tell the product is flimsy to touch. Compare that with another leading brand camera that costs $22 which is sturdy to touch, and it offers 1080p unlike this camera. And it doesn't "white wash" bright sunny lights, unlike this camera.UPDATE after one week: the light kept turning on and off by itself at night. And it makes a clicking noise. I have set the light detection mode to max and minimum. There is no way to keep the lights always on or off. I verified that through customer service. The night vision light did the same thing. This was a total mess. Watch my video. My Kasa doorbell camera captured the flickering light and sound.It's a $8.99 product and the lack of quality showed when it started malfunctioning in less than a week. I would not rely on this because security cameras need a piece of mind.If this cost is worth the unreliable recording and lightbulb, then this product is for you. For me, I am shopping for something else. I really wish they would be up front about these issues in advertisements because it wastes everyone's time and resources.

These are great items. They work in all kinds of weather and pictures are quite clear. Would recommend for inside or out.

Recently received this product and set up was easy! There was no SD slot which was saddening, you have to purchase their subscription for cloud services but not a bad price. For two products I was able to see a price for right now as $19.99 for one year of service; prepaid. Not bad, however I have two devices and will ultimately pay $50+ a year.. You’re paying per device storage, just a heads up for anyone purchasing multiple from this company using the same app. Just wasn’t expecting and will purchase when I am able to afford it. Grateful for the quality with the low price. I love that it moves so I can see my entire yard and the defections of human. I do wish it did however had a more wider angled view. But appreciate it moves and with detection.

Easy to setup and works well for the price. Be nice if you could subscribe for Cloud storage per account with multiple cameras instead of paying subscription per bulb camera.

So, as a K9 Handler who houses their partner at home, I always need to keep an extra eye on him since he is so mischievous but also very much hated by criminals. Plus, being an expensive dog. So I decided to purchase this lightbulb camera to put outside facing his kennel. I thought the quality would be horrible buts not bad at all for your buck. It’s no iOS camera, but it definitely gets the job done. There is a slight lag, but it might be my WiFi. Motion detection is on point and the brightness is A1. Definitely going to purchase one for the front door, and love that I can control the light being on or off from my phone.

It does it’s job and provide motion detection video. Picture quality is good but the response for turning the angle can be slow sometimes. The light in the middle of the unit is not very bright. Easy to setup and use. The light needs to be brighter for night time use if replacing a regular light bulb.

It's nothing fancy and I really wish it were designed to function just as well whether installed upright or hanging. The motion sensor is either too sensitive or not sensitive enough for picking up movement to either record an event or turn the light on. There does not seem to be any in between there. It also took a bit of patience and trouble shooting to get it connected to wifi and paired with the app.All that being said, its a decent little surveillance camera for under 10 bucks.
