Great bike for the money. good customer support.
The handlebars were too low for me and could not be adjusted. I contacted customer support. They replied very promptly and guided me to an inexpensive stem extender available at Amazon. It was easy to install and raised the bars to a comfortable level. This bike is a very good value for price.

It's great but..
My bike shipped with off centered handlebars and brake calipers where one side was touching the brake disk in the resting position. This was the case for both sides! After centering them I then realized the calipers were too far apart so when I squeezed the brake lever it didn't actually stop. So then I had to figure out how to change the resting distance between them and re center the thing again. Thankfully the handlebar was easy and only took a couple minutes to straighten. All this tweaking with the brakes in addition to the regular assembly took around 5 hours for me. But now that it's all assembled correctly I can say this thing is great value. The only thing I'm unhappy with is the 7th gear is still a little slow so I need to pedal uncomfortably fast to reach the 20ish mph range. Looks nice and runs super smooth.

I bought this bike as gift for my 32 year old son, he loved the Vintage look and it was easy to assemble. He rides it 8 miles a day to work says it's great. He also gets a lot of complaints as well as people have taken photos of the bike.It arrived quickly as well.Thank you

Very Nice Bike for the Price but two minor issues.
Good bike with higher end parts, pretty easy to assemble too. All the hard parts were put together. Very sharp looking. I would recommend this bike. There are a couple issues though. The headlight bracket was not included. Looking at the instructions I am missing a particular bracket, have the bolt and headlight but....The other is the handlebars are not adjustable. It makes riding awkward. Another reviewer mentioned they contacted the manufacturer and they gave them a link to a higher handlebar mount. How can I contact them for these two issues? These two things are the only reason I didn't give 5 stars but again, I would definitely recommend. The seat wasn't the same as in the pictures but hey, don't we always change those anyway? I will say that it has a better made mount for the seat, might keep it as is.Edit: The headlight bracket was in the box. I just didn't know what I was looking at I guess. My fault there.I messaged the company about a handlebar lift and sent me several to choose from at cheap prices. The one I chose was $25.I'll post a pic when I get the handlbar bracket on.

You Get What You Pay For
My wife and I have not ridden bikes since childhood and wanted to see if this was a hobby that we could enjoy. We weren't looking for a pricey bike, just something simple. These certainly fit the bill.Pros:-Very affordable-Frame seems sturdy-Assembly was easyCons:-"Vintage Blue" color is not even close to the advertised picture. It's green, albeit a very attractive green.-As other reviewers have mentioned, the handlebars feel too low. Purchased an extender and it feels fine now.-Within 30 minutes of riding, 3 of the 4 tubes between the two bikes had blowouts. Luckily, there is a bike shop very close by. They confirmed that the tires were okay, but the tubes themselves were cheap.-The following week, we experienced 2 more flats. The bike shop showed me that the rim strip was cheaply made and the fully inflated tube was pushing right through.Between the two bikes, we have now replaced 4 tubes, 4 rim strips, 2 handlebars (optional), and one bike seat (comfort). No problems since.PS: I did ask the bike shop if they could see any other immediate issues that we were likely to experience if we are just casually riding. They said all the visible components seems fine, although we might want to upgrade to thicker tires in the future.

Functional and enjoyable to ride
Assembly was easy, though you may need to get more torque screwing on the handlebars than just using the allen wrench with your hands. The screws need to be in all the way, or the handlebars will slip. It came with everything, including the headlamp and rear light. It shifts gears smoothly, and I really like the feel of the handlebars. Seat is a little firm, but I got used to it after riding daily. It uses a presta valve, which was new to me, but I like how long it holds the tire pressure. The valve seems easy to bend, but after a month and pumping about once a week, it's still just fine. As long as you're careful with it, it should last.Gets me to work and back reliably, and for the value I really am glad I purchased it. Even rode it in the rain, and the brakes performed great.
