No. There are synthetic ingredients combined with some natural derivatives. It's paraben & sulfate free though.

what is the best way to apply.....1-on wet hair....2-on dry hair..?

Apply on damp hair. After shower, towel dry your hair do that your hair us damp. Then apply the hair cream.

Is it a protien cream?

I don't think so. I didn't saw anything mentioned about protein in its label. They use almond oil like oils.
