Amico Ceiling Fans with Lights, 44 inch Nickel Ceiling Fan with Light and Remote Control, Reversible, 3CCT, Dimmable, Noiseless, Small Ceiling Fan for Bedroom, Farmhouse, Indoor/Outdoor Use

Just bought this one - my fourth Amico fan - for the master bedroom. I planned to purchase another of the flush-mount older style, but the price on that one jumped to $119.99...and was not available until a few weeks from now. This fan was linked on the page as a "newer model of this item" for only $89.99. After looking at the specs and reviews - and after good luck with my last three Amico fans, I purchased this version to save a few bucks.The bottom line is this version is just as nice, quiet, and easy to install as every Amico fan. The only thing I don't care for - and it's strictly my opinion - is the aesthetics versus the older style. The older models are flush mount and much sleeker looking. This one has about a 4-inch downrod and is just a bit more blocky in appearance.Don't get me wrong; this is a good fan that works very well with a nice remote and decent LED light output. I believe these are much nicer than almost anything found at (insert name of big-box store here). I simply like the way the older one looks compared to this one. See pics of old versus new below for comparison. If you like the looks of this model, absolutely go for it. You won't be disappointed!

I bought three of the 42” fans with remote controls. Why haven’t I found these sooner?! My kids rooms had fans that were loud, wobbly, or long chains that consistently broke due to pulling. These are perfect size for their bedrooms and the remote control feature is amazing with all the options! Love the remote “safety” feature that’ll turn the lights on/off every two hours for five minutes when out of town! Three color options for lights (blue, yellow or white tone) and dimming feature. The “natural wind” remote option sets the fan to gradually go from speed 1-6, then from 6-1. Remote even has timers to auto shut off in few diff hours options. My teens are thrilled with the look and ease of use, thanks to the remotes . They are super easy to install and quiet and definitely provide plenty of cooling. Very happy customer! And very nice looking fans and great for the price!.

Easy enough to install, works well and moves quite a bit of air. I like that there are many different options for the fan in regards to speeds or variable speed settings. Easy to use with the remote, just remember where you put it last. Looks good on the ceiling too. There are a few options for the light but I just keep it on my favorite setting and dim if needed.

It took me one hour to install a new electrical box, run the wire and secure for the fan installation. It took two hours to figure out how to assemble and install the fan.I have installed over a dozen fans in my career and this one was the most difficult to assemble. Instructions are fairly useless and the video is outdated. Once it is installed it is a quite fan, no wobble and moves a lot of air. So far I am happy with the purchase but time will tell.

I like the quality of this product well built. Like the multiple light setting. Creates a good breeze and runs quiet. Really like the remote feature. Can adjust light brightness or change light color and of course change the speed of the fan. Being light weight as able to install my self and like that you could choose from different colors to order. Matched our house.
