Best Value for money!
I don't even understand why people pay for Top 3 services when you get the same services. Also, whenever I have called Infimobile, I have had zero hold time.I did not have any issue with porting over either. However, when I did another one, it took them 36 hours to fully port over the number. I was able to send and receive calls. I was able to send the text, but not receive it. 36 hours later, I am all set!

Porting is a real challenge.
One of the worst services I've seen. They are not able to finish a simple porting of a number from another carrier for more than a week.I've called them multiple times a day and I get the same answer that we have escalated it and you will hear back in 2-4 hours which seems to never happen. Last call they told me, even the customer support person's supervisor has escalated it to network team but days later still nothing. Keep getting number is not is service error when I try to call.I'm afraid I may loos my number altogether !

Works as well as mint.for.a lot less
Used it on my kids phone. Was able to transfer number using some instructions I found on Reddit. No issues with signal strength in my neck of the woods. Wish it came with 10x less data and even lower price.

Mediocre Service - Gets the Job Done Barely
This budget plan works okay for light users. The 15GB high-speed data is sufficient for basic browsing, though speeds fluctuate noticeably. Coverage is decent in urban areas but spotty in suburbs. Customer support responses are slow but eventually helpful. For $12.50/month, it's an affordable option if you can tolerate occasional throttling and weak rural signals. Not terrible, but don't expect premium performance.**Pros:**- Very affordable pricing- Adequate for light/moderate usage- Works acceptably in cities**Cons:**- Inconsistent data speeds- Subpar rural coverage- Slow customer service

Price and signal
Good price ,I bought this plan for my kid, I was paying $20/month, this plan cut price half down. So far so good, easy to activate . Recommend it

Good value. Activation took too long.
Once activated, works well and is a good value. Porting a number in took close to 24 hours, which is not normal in this day and age. Customer service: phone calls were answered sometimes, sometimes went straight to voicemail. Emails were responded to within a couple of hours. Decent deal

Very happy with the new provider
Awesome deal, 15G/month, every month. Less than half the price of the pay-as-you-go I used previously, with 5 times the data. Infimobile support was great helping get the number transferred. I'm glad I changed.

Stay away!
Basically, you got what you paid for.Remember, it's a low tier MVNO which means you won't get priority data at congested times in metropolitan cities.Even though international calling to 85 counties is unlimited, you'll have to $5 plus tax to enable it.Port-in your number will cost you $5.They'll ask you FEES such as ordering a replacement SIM, or a few changes to your account.Be very careful with this company.Support is nonexistent or hard to get a hold. Expect a good amount of time on the phone with them just to understand what they are saying.Just pay a little more and shop around other reputable MVNOs.My own experience is a nightmare.I wouldn't recommend it even to my own enemies!Case closed.
