The it the best of the desk cycles that I have ever purchased because, it is strong, sturdy and stays in place.I just unboxed it and loved it so much that I stop to write this review which I seldom do. The instruction book is colorful, easy to understand. I am going to scan the booklet and file for further reference. I was pleasantly surprised that the batteries were already installed in the LCD Monitor.I plan to buy some for family members Christmas gifts.. In closing, I put it in my lap so I could exercise my arms. The best feature is that it is so light that I can carry it to in room and exercise while talking on the phone or watching TV. I rate this product 5 plus STARS

Great for continued physical therapy at home after total knee replacement. The batteries don't last long in the counter but I don't need that anyways. That's the only reason for the 4 stars

It’s great for light mobility exercises. I use it under my desk at work. Isn’t noisy. Easy set up!

The main reason I ordered this underdesk cycle is that its height is adjustable. I quite easily assembled it at the lowest height, and I still couldn't use it at my standard card table, so I will use it without a table/desk while reading or watching TV. I tried to use it while hand sewing, but the motion was too distracting due to my sewing project moving around on my lap! There is a knob to adjust tension, but don't expect much tension out of this. I would keep moving the knob to increase the tension but to no avail. Otherwise, it seems well built and of good quality. It is not noisy at all. I would say it is a good basic cycle for someone who fidgets or just needs to keep the blood flowing in their legs. I used it on a plastic runner, and it was very sturdy without moving.

Bought this so I can exercise after full knee replacement.It’s heavy and sturdy. Not flimsy at all. Stays in place. It also comes with a nonslip mat if needed. I placed it on my wooden floor and area rug and it stood in place just fine.I do recommend

This has been an incredible way to get more movement into my day. It’s also gentle movement, which is what I needed! It has held up to hours of me peddling. Love love love this!

Before I ordered this, my feet had no support and were constantly falling asleep at my desk, and the falling asleep eventually contributed to me slipping and getting a foot injury. My foot has since healed, so to keep it in shape and support it under my desk, i got this pedal.Got this used, but honestly, it works for me like it's brand new! Very pleasant to pedal with under my desk and not squeaky or anything annoying like that. I'm fairly short person (about 152 cm) and the adjustable height serves me very well: i don't feel like i'm reaching too low to pedal, nor am i smacking my knees too much against my desk. i think it's just right.The only thing i can think of that other people might not be happy with is the little monitor that came with this died pretty quickly after maybe a week. Can't turn it back on anymore, but i never cared too much for the monitor part, i cared more about the fact that the pedal height is adjustable. Just bear this in mind if you're looking to order this used rather than new.

I am very disappointed in the product. It came in a box mostly assembled but the holes to align for assembly were crooked/the metal bent, so assembling it was difficult. The resistance is not very strong on the pedals AT ALL so it feels awkward and too easy when pedaling. The pedals and the straps on them do not fit foot and require a screwdriver to unassembled the stirrup and then reassemble if adjustment is needed---this made the assembly and use EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT AND DIFFICULT. My goal was using this as a WFH tool, keeping under desk to get movement throughout the day...I am not sure I will even keep it because it is not helpful or effective. Even when height is adjusted it is still very awkward height to use while sitting at a desk, which was the whole point.My advice, spend a bit more money and get a better value because this is a LOW value item at best
