*In rating this company they do not deserve a one star, however that is the lowest you can choose.I purchased outdoor sectional and rocker gliders. First off the gliders came in wrong color from what I ordered. Next, the pieces of furniture were defective. Screw holes did not come even close to matching, making assembly impossible. When requesting a return, I have been made to jump through hoops. They wanted pictures of defective parts. Meanwhile I would not hear back from them for days. I had to contact Amazon about not hearing back from them. Next they requested I repackaged all 3 huge boxes with transparent tape just as I had received them as well as send pictures of the repackaged boxes.This has been going on for close to 3 weeks now. Then today they requested I send them even more pics of the defective parts, after I had already did as they requested to repackage them!Unbelievable! They are stalling and continuing to come up with more excuses. Meanwhile holding onto my money and wasting my time! Before know it..they will say I missed the deadline for the return!** Do Not buy from this company!

I love the set but needed to hire someone to assemble. I have assembled many pieces of furniture but this by far was the most difficult one I have purchased.

This set comes in 2 boxes but only one arrived. There was no tracking info for the other one, which showed up the next day. The pieces had either no letters on them or the wrong ones. In photo, you can see the 2 pieces that we’re supposed to go together, couldn’t possibly.We wanted to send it back but the seller wanted us to pay shipping! These were 2 very large, heavy boxes that didn’t even fit in the car. We had no choice but to keep it. Save yourself the aggravation!
