This is a great toilet at a great price. It's packed in styrofoam, so it arrives perfectly - even if the box gets a little banged up. The 21 inch height is great for my wife and I, as we both have had back surgeries. It comes with everything you need, and the directions are very clear. The video on here in the description shows installation too. I had no problems at all installing it. You may need a slightly longer connection from the water connect faucet (typically 3/8 inch in USA) to the toilet connection (it is a standard 7/8 inlet connect to the tank which is the typical tank connection in the USA). I bought a 20 inch line from Home Depot with 3/8 female to 7/8 female and it worked perfectly.

I purchased this toilet in January 2025. I've had it for three months and I love, love, love, this toilet. As a matter of fact, it's the best toilet that I've used in my entire life time. The toilet I purchased prior to this one was from another company and it arrived shattered in the box. This toilet arrived in perfect condition. It was packed perfectly in a sturdy box to keep it from getting broken.It may seem odd to discuss a toilet. But when you've experienced the perfect toilet, you have to speak about it. I am 5"10 & this toilet met my expectations. The seat is extra comfortable & large enough to fit my extra sized bottom. My feet no longer go to sleep and my knees no longer hurt, because of the extra height of this toilet. The only problem I had was to retighten the screws because the seat kept moving to the side. ( I'm not sure if it was the installers fault or, not) After I tighten the screws on the top of the bowl, I have had no more issues with this toilet. I am a very satisfied customer! This toilet is certainly worth the investment!

Carefully packaged, wonderful unit, great flushing with limited water. Terrific value, all the pieces were there for installation and the plumber was impressed. Only problem was that Amazon sent it out with another Last Mile shipper, without informing me. Found out when it wasn't delivered on the day the delivery was promised by Amazon, so had to reschedule the plumber; then, I heard from the contracted shipper, and they did deliver days after it had been promised by Amazon, they unloaded it an empty house with a similar address, but clearly the wrong address, as the address was clearly on the house, and left it on the porch which required some interesting work to get it picked up. Not the fault of the toilet; the problem was with delivery, although the eventual shipper did apologize for the error. I'd buy the toilet again, if I could guarantee delivery as promised via Amazon, not a contract shipper.

Very nice toilet and the extra height is essentially helpful for anyone 60 plus the extra toilet height makes it easy to do your business...best of all getting up is a piece of cake. Water saver..Pricey tho otherwise 5 stars.

Proven water efficient toilet after we bought a second one.We never thought our previous toilets were so bad. We bought the elongated size. Still works well after two weeks. No issues!

I had the toilet professionally installed and after using the bowl is not clean. I adjusted the float valve to let more water in the tank for the next flush, but it still does not clean. There are several areas the water does not flow on. How disappointing to say the least. Its the worst product I have ever had. Every time I use the toilet you need to brush what's left and flush again. I would not recommend this toilet. Maybe if you installed it in an outhouse, but not in your house!

Toilet was packed well in Styrofoam in perfect cond. It comes with everything you need and I'm very happy with the extra tall 21" toilet. I got it on Amazon because they had the best price with fast delivery and I would highly recommend it to anyone
