I, too, don’t understand all the top reviews. I bought this alarm clock because of its various functions, including the ability to set different alarms from the app. Two nights ago, I set it to play white noise with no timer (to have white noise all night), but about a half an hour in, the white noise abruptly turns off and a loud announcement plays: “Clock Mode!” Resetting it manually gets the same results.Since I hadn’t set up the app yet, I tried it again last night after doing so but got the same results. Very jarring… but my rude awakenings were not over.This morning at 5 AM I was awakened by a notification on my phone, telling me that the app had disconnected from the alarm clock. And it turns out there is no way to silence notifications for this app in my iPhone settings or in the app.There’s also no way to contact the company in a timely manner. I will email them and hope for a reply.

My kids love this clock. I love the app (and so do they of course), the app and clock so simple and responsive, has what you need, and not overwhelming with options. Buying another one for my other child today. I do think a design flaw is that you cannot tap the top to snooze or shut off the alarm. It seems you have to pick it up and press and hold one of the small buttons on the side bottom. Hard for a sleepy kid. Then my child proceeds to yank the power cord out every day. So much that the power cord is starting to fray. If I am wrong about that, please I would love to know that it is tappable somehow.

I like that the clock can have multiple alarms. I wish I could label these alarms and do "one time" in the month alarms, as there's only options for days of the week that you'll need to manually turn off.I like all the customizations of the colors, which is super fun. You can even tap it to change the color, however, I've noticed that 6 months after purchase that, and idk when this started to happen, but the colors arent very accurate anymore. I'll click on the color wheel a deep red and it will be peach color, etc. Disappointed in that.There's an awful ringing sound that comes out of the clock that makes me unable to use it near my bed. It's annoying and gives me a headache. I didn't notice it when I first got it, but I stopped using this clock for 4 or 5 months and when I downloaded the app and started using it again, it's really bad. It's almost like the clock is set to fail after 5 months. None of these complaints happened at first and only started happened after I couldn't return this item anymore. This makes me sad, as it's almost a good device. Not worth it.

This digital alarm clock it is the perfect size me and my husband absolutely love it it's now sitting by the TV but before it was sitting on my shelf next to my bed because at the moment I didn't have a place for it I love how it's super easy to set up the display is absolutely perfect I do have it on the night light at night and I did use the alarm function is really loud and of course you already know I used the white noise and that definitely helped me fall asleep this alarm clock is definitely worth it if you have a trouble sleeping then this is perfect because then you can use the white noise to make you go to sleep

I don't understand all these 5 star reviews. This item literally has no mention in the instructions how to turn on bluetooth in order to sync it with the app. They have two booklets with zero mention of it. They have a fancy QR code that takes you to the crappiest website you've ever seen that claims to have instructional videos for set up but I tried multiple ways to view the site and none of the videos will play. I tried to get customer support through amazon but it only gives you troubleshooting for how to use this without app control. I tried to get amazon support directly but it only gives me an option to return it. I'm at a loss here. All these reviews rave about how great this is and how it works with the app blah blah blah but it actually doesn't work!! I have no choice but to return it because I can't get ahold of anyone to help me.

I don't like how the major settings requires you to download the app on your phone. The basic functions are located on the clock but as far as choosing the different alarm sounds, having multiple wake up times setups or customizing the days in the week for the alarm, you need the app. I don't like the choices of alarm sounds. The white noise sounds are better but it's not an option for a alarm sound.
