Update; I'll leave the review, but clenching and grinding with it in your mouth will find pieces of the device in your stomach. So take care chewing on it, it shreds.Followed the directions, almost messed up the first one.Dropped it in boiling water 15 seconds, it turns real soft, quickly, pulled out with a tongs, touched to make sure it wouldn't burn my mouth, waited about 3 to 5 seconds, inserted, clenched teeth & pushed around the fit area outside, and used the tongue inside. I think it'll work.Removes easily and a decent fit. Hope it lead free. 😂

This is a waste of money. I am so confused why there are so many positive reviews. If I had 10 of them I might be able to get 1 molded pretty good but the molding process is to complicated. If you leave it too long in the hot was it becomes unusable and complete deforms. If you do not leave it in long enough then is will not stay in your mouth. Getting it just right is simply too hard. Couple that with the fact that is is so soft it pretty much does nothing for teeth grinding. I have owned many mouth guards and this one is worthless.

The guard is surprisingly comfortable to wear. It fits securely over my teeth without feeling bulky or intrusive. Unlike other mouthguards I've tried, this one is made from soft, flexible material that molds to my teeth, providing a custom fit without causing any discomfort. It’s lightweight and doesn’t irritate my gums, which was a concern I had with other products.

If you want to feel like you have a mouth guard in for football or hockey, this is your product. Oh, and it doesn't stay put in your mouth. It's cheaply made and no matter how many of the four different ones you try, it will not work.Just open your window and throw the money outside. It's unuseable.

Too big for my mouth. I think if I trim the inside part that hits the roof of mouth they may work better. For now they gag me a bit. Not comfortable. It was easy to get them warm enough and mold them to my teeth.

Hot water, mold to teeth, ice bath. Could not be easier. I only gave 4 stars because I did not get a tight fit. The piece moves around a bit. I tried both sizes, which is pretty cool that you receive 2 each of both sizes. I tried molding twice. If the movement is a iron LJ em, I will try again.

This is the best night guard I've used. It's very comfortable. Dentists do not recommend soft-style guards but I can't sleep with the hard ones so this is perfect.
