Recently, I bought a car GPS tracker, and I need a SIM card. Because I am new to GPS tracker, I bought this SIM card by mistake. It turned out that my tracker supports 2G network, while this SIM card supports 3G and 4G network. I discovered my mistake after contacting the seller. The seller was responsive and answered my questions. The seller even voluntarily initiated a refund. What a nice seller!So, if you have questions, contact the seller via Amazon. They are trustworthy!

Activated it in a phone as directed, which worked but was EXTREMELY slow data and only connected to T-Mobile. It never tried to connect to Verizon or AT&T. I put it in another device and T-Mobile wouldn't even connect, and again no Verizon or AT&T. All of these carriers have service where I am. Do not waste your money.

I've used many data-only SIM cards from TALKSIM and used some from other brands as well. I've found that configuration headaches are unpredictable, and this particular card exemplifies that. I've used probably a dozen of TALKSIMs purple data cards in a Samsung A13, a current model smartphone, with quick and easy configuration. This orange one however I could not get to work in that phone. I have experience with the settings so I generally fix configuration issues quickly, but this card no go. Would not work at all, "DNS server unavailable" is the error message when the cellular provider is blocking the whole internet from the device. Device was connected to T-Mobile though.On a lark I thought well I'll put this card in my 7 year old Blu smartphone. Ha, it worked right away with tweaking just a couple settings, same tweaks that did not work on the new smartphone.I can only guess why a dozen of TALKSIMs purple cards worked on one phone but not the other, but this orange card was the exact opposite: worked on the old phone but not the new phone. Strange.TALKSIM makes a consistently high-speed card that has always worked in one phone or the other. Not true of a couple brands I tried that I could not get to work in either phone. Your mileage may vary, as the saying goes, but my experience has been fast consistent speeds with this card and all the TALKSIM cards I've used, once configured. Make sure data roaming is on, and you may need to manually enter the APN name if it doesn't come up automatically. Manually selecting one of the three major carriers sometimes fixes issues.This could be a five star product but the value is not that great at between five and ten dollars for 1.1 GB of data. If that's all you need then great but for surfing the internet or making travel arrangements on the fly with sightseeing research I'd think about a 5GB card or more and TALKSIM makes cards in that range that offer better value.

I was initially skeptical about the quality and coverage given the price point, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. It doesn’t disappoint in comparison with more expensive alternatives, and I had service wherever I went. It met my expectations and I would recommend it given it’s a great value.

Last month, I got a couple of these kinds of SIM Cards for my wife and I to try out. We both had the same issue however; we couldn't get them to work. I put the SIM card in the phone and followed the instructions. Based on that, it seemed like all was set up properly. But, while out and about, I wasn't able to use the SIM card to use data. I tried many times and re-read the instructions.I am willing to consider that I am missing something and this was simply user error, which is why I'm giving this product a 3/5. I can't really tell you how good it is or isn't since we couldn't get it to work. At the very least, it isn't as simple to set up as it could be. I hope that I failed to activate the SIM cards all together, because I would hate to learn that they are now useless after the 30 days has passed. If I do figure out the problem, I will update my review accordingly.

The nice thing about this sim is that you just pop it in and go. You don't have to activate or setup an account/login.The down side is that you don't get notified when your term or bucket of data is coming to an end.I prefer the former, as this card provides a simple method of just inserting it into the phone and go. You just need to make sure your phone is using the correct card (sim or esim) if you happen to have a multi sim phone/device. Also, make sure roaming is on and the apn is umet. The apn auto filled for me. For me, I only had to make sure roaming was on.Also, this sim does not run through a foreign proxy like many do, so you don't have any weird issues where ia web page might think you are in another country and serve up content in another language.I would say, this is a no nonsense sim that basically just works in the US with one of the major carriers (maybe more, not sure).Mine came up as AT&T. The cell coverage in my area is pretty sparse for any provider, but I received speed as expected for my area.

This SIM card has been great for my game camera. The setup was easy, and the connection has been reliable. It is a convenient option for keeping the camera running without any issues.
