Had a big sugar maple that fell in a wind storm. This saw is powerful. Much more so than my Poulan Pro 50cc, 20”. Chain performed as well as any. I sharpened it once on this job. Been heating with wood for more than 30 years so I have some chainsaw experience.

Great saw, started quickly, cuts good, no issues. Can’t beat the price

Saw is great but the recoil is cheap. I've already broken 2 but the cheap Chinese replacements work ok for like 12 dollars. I've cut 2 100ft oaks with a trunk about 46 inches across and cut into firewood with no problems other than the recoil.

This was the cheapest 60+cc chainsaw with a 20” bar I could find at the time so my expectations were not too high.Out of the box my saw had a deformed housing at the fuel cap which causes a little bit of fuel to leak out. I didn’t think this was a big deal at first and hoped the manufacturer would send a part. There were also a couple of minor issues like a missing part to hold the scrench in place. The included chain was not very sharp and did not cut well. There are no specs provided anywhere on the chain, but upon counting and measuring I found that it is a .325 pitch .058 gauge chain with 76 drive links. A cheap replacement Amazon chain made it cut many times better.As I ran the saw a bit I found that it runs better than I would have expected at this price.After a few hours use, the oiler stopped working and I haven’t used it since.The reason for the low rating is that there appears to be zero support on this. There is no mention anywhere on the box or manuals I received with any kind of support contact. The seller has also thus far ignored messages I’ve sent via Amazon. It has been filled with gas and oil so I don’t want to hassle with cleaning it out to return it.

I have pushed this saw with more than what it should be capable of doing for the price Better than I ever could expect it it's a really nice feeling chainsaw starts up very well had absolutely no issue with it for the money it's a steal I ran 5 gallons of fuel through absolutely no issue I bought it kind of as a joke thinking it would be a really cheap pilot trash but I actually really like it very lightweight for a 60 cc saw which makes it nice to carry and it's quieter I've been using it for 2 weeks everyday like I would run any of my actual name brand logging saws very impressed the chain that it comes with

Used twice, almost. This is not a light machine by any stretch but I have never had one with a 20" bar and such a large engine. So this may just be the normal weight of like machines. Very plasticky handle and not very comfortable to hold. However, the machine does not vibrate or shake to the point where I couldn't live with it like that or possible put some padded wrap on it. It came very well packaged and has a little tool kit included for chain adjustment and such. Very sharp and cut with ease, until... The second use, the engine started smoking bad and the chain just stopped after I used it to cut a small 4" tree trunk horizontally. I checked it for any sort of blockage that would cause it to bind up and found nothing present. I removed and reinstalled the chain to be sure and it still wouldn't move. Maybe I just got a bad one as the reviews are pretty good for a chainsaw at this price point. The engine felt very powerful during the short period of time I could use it. I would have given it a one star for breaking so quickly but I can tell that it should have been a great machine for the money. Again, these are made by man and are fowl able and I really believe the one I got must have just been the one out of many that didn't "cut it" I tried reaching out to the manufacturer for support because Amazon told me that I had to go that route as it is a third party seller. That was a joke at best. After numerous conversations with Amazon, they ultimately gave me a refund and UPS picked up at my house, even without any sort of packaging which I had already disposed of. I really would have given this product another shot, but after everything I went to for help, I have decided to go a different route, and will probably purchase a known brand name machine from a more reputable company at a higher cost.
