This scooter is really great for riding around the neighborhood. I originally had an issue with a previous scooter as we were using it for my kid to commute to school about 1.5 miles away. This scooter is not for commuting but is great for playing around the neighborhood. If you get this scooter for your kids I highly recommend reaching out to the company if you have any issues before requesting a refund. Cathy with their customer service has been absolutely amazing! This scooter is definitely a family favorite, its got decent speed for younger riders and I love that it lights up and has a horn. If your kid already rides a 3 wheeled scooter then they will have absolutely no problems with this one

My 7 year old daughter loves it. She is on the taller side (4’2”) but the handles are tall enough for her. The battery has been awesome so far. The three wheels are great so it sits on its own and she isn’t afraid to ride it.The board where her feet go is kind of short. Both of her feet do not fit on it. Other than this, no complaints!

My five-year-old grandson took to this instantly never having ridden a scooter before. It is well made, easy to assemble and fun to ride. The quality is excellent.

Upon arrival the scooter would not charge, we did all the things, switched outlets, tested the power cord (the power cord worked btw, but the actual scooter would not charge.) So I went to return, and it said NO return allowed, due to seller policy. I then continued clicking around and found the "customer service chat", and chatted to a bot for maybe 30 seconds, clicked all the same options i.e. "product damaged or defective", and was given a refund immediately, and told to keep or discard the item, no return necessary. If I had not been able to go around the seller policy and get refunded by amazon I would be sooooo disappointed. But I still don't understand how a seller can have a policy of no returns even if the item is defective right out of the box. If they had returned it I would have considered it a fluke and gotten another one, but due to their policy, I'll look for a different brand from a different seller.
